Leitura Bíblica: Hebreus 12:18-29

Alegrem-se não porque os espíritos se submetem a vocês, mas porque seus nomes estão escritos nos céus (Lucas 10:20).

Lendo as histórias narradas no Antigo Testamento, muitas pessoas questionam por que Deus não manifesta mais seu poder daquela forma, com sarças ardentes, mares se abrindo, vitória nas guerras, sol parado no céu. O texto de hoje lembra um episódio impressionante: um monte tremendo e fumegando com a presença do Senhor (Êxodo 19—20). Deus falou audivelmente, mas o povo ficou com medo e não suportou o espetáculo. “Se Deus falasse assim comigo hoje, eu creria nele”, podem pensar alguns. Porém, o texto lembra que muitos daqueles que presenciaram tal manifestação divina rejeitaram o Senhor.

Nenhum milagre é suficiente para os que não querem crer e ter sua vida transformada por Jesus. Muitos anseiam ouvir a voz de Deus, mas será que estão dispostos a obedecer ao que Ele diz?

Todavia, os que creem sem precisar de milagres espetaculares e ouvem a voz de Deus por meio de sua Palavra e seu santo Espírito, chegam a um monte inabalável: a cidade de Deus vivo. Lá não verão apenas manifestações divinas, mas o próprio Deus! Então, saberão que o maior milagre do todos não tem nada a ver com um show, sucesso financeiro ou alegria passageira. Mais importante que qualquer coisa é ser escolhido por Deus para ser seu filho, viver cada dia dependendo dele e buscando agradá-Lo, e chegar ao céu para, por meio de sua graça, passar a eternidade com Ele.

Observando a existência humana desta perspectiva, qualquer coisa material perde seu valor, até mesmo a vida. Não há como não ser agradecido e adorar a Deus! Ele escolheu se revelar ao ser humano que criou e buscou-o com amor, apesar de seus constantes erros e sua absoluta indignidade.

Se você tem esperado por grandes milagres, saiba que o maior deles é ser aceito por Deus como filho, por meio de Cristo. E o melhor ainda virá, quando encontrarmos nosso Senhor no céu! – Vanessa W. Ribas.

Miracle

Bible reading: Hebrews 12:18 -29

Rejoice not because the spirits are subject to you, but because your names are written in heaven (Luke 10:20).

Reading the stories narrated in the old testament, many people question why God manifests not more power that way, with Brambles, burning seas opening, victory in the wars, Sun stopped in the sky. Today's text resembles a awesome episode: a tremendous bunch and fuming, with the presence of the Lord (Exodus 19-20). God spoke audibly, but the people got scared and not endured the spectacle. "If God spoke thus to me today, I believe in it", can think of a few. However, the text points out that many of those who witnessed such a divine manifestation rejected Mr.

No miracle is sufficient for those who don't want to believe and have their lives transformed by Jesus. Many crave hearing the voice of God, but who are willing to obey what He says?

However, those who believe without spectacular miracles and hear the voice of God through his word and his Holy Spirit, come to a hill unabated: the city of the living God. There will not only divine manifestations, but God himself! Then, you will know that the greatest miracle of all has nothing to do with a show, financial success or fleeting joy. More important than anything is to be chosen by God to be his son, live each day depending on it and seeking to please him, and get to heaven for, through his grace, to spend eternity with him.

Observing human life from this perspective, anything material loses its value, even life. There is no way not to be grateful and worship God! He chose to reveal the human being who created and sought him with love, despite his constant errors and its absolute unworthiness.

Aprovação / Approval / Утверждение

Leitura Bíblica: Jó 1:20-22

Em tudo isso Jó não pecou e não culpou Deus de coisa alguma (Jó 1:22).

Qual teria sido o ponto forte da personalidade de Jó que lhe possibilitou louvar a Deus apesar de todo sofrimento que se abateu sobre ele? Todos nós, criaturas de Deus, fomos dotados do complexo de aprovação social, que poderíamos chamar também de “necessidade de reconhecimento”. Essa busca pela recompensa visa impulsionar o progresso. Por exemplo, muitos cientistas, artistas, músicos e benfeitores da humanidade buscaram o reconhecimento em suas áreas, e não a riqueza. Porém, a Bíblia nos incentiva a não esperarmos aplausos por parte dos homens, mas de Deus (e talvez teremos isso só na eternidade). O Senhor Jesus condenou os hipócritas que oravam nas esquinas, buscando ser vistos como “espirituais” (Mateus 6:5-6). Paulo afirmou que buscava agradar a Deus e não aos homens (Gálatas 1:10). Ambos sabiam que glorificar a Deus é mais importante que qualquer reconhecimento humano.

Jó foi um grande vitorioso por estar em busca, apenas, da aprovação divina. Não tinha explicação para seu sofrimento, mas rejeitava uma resposta qualquer. Seus amigos o pressionavam para que reconhecesse ser merecedor de tudo aquilo. Eles eram adeptos da lei da causa e efeito (ou seja, o sofrimento é resultado de nossos erros). Ele não aceitou a insinuação. A busca da aprovação divina nos poupa da decepção de não percebermos o reconhecimento dos homens. Este sempre falhará. Aguardar apenas a aprovação vinda do Senhor nos outorga maturidade, tão recomendada pelas Escrituras, e evita dificuldades nos relacionamentos.

As frustrações podem levar-nos a perder nossa fé. Isso não aconteceu com Jó. Ele sabia ser um pobre diante de Deus mas, ao mesmo tempo, confiava nas promessas feitas pelo seu Senhor. Como ele, busque somente a aprovação divina. Apesar de sua santidade, Deus nos olha por meio de Cristo: é pela cruz que somos aceitos e podemos ter sua aprovação, mesmo que sejamos tão miseráveis. – Manoel de Jesus Thé.

A única aprovação de vida indispensável é a de Deus.

Approval

Biblereading: Job 1:20 -22

In all this Job sinned not, not blamed God anything (Job 1:22).

What would have been the strong point of the job's personality that enabled him to praise God in spite of all the suffering that befell him? All of us, God's creatures, were endowed with social approval complex, which we could call the "need for recognition". This quest for reward aims to boost progress. For example, many scientists, artists, musicians and benefactors of mankind sought recognition in their fields, and not wealth. However, the Bible encourages us to not expect applause from men, but from God (and maybe we will have it only in eternity). The Lord Jesus condemned hypocrites who were praying on street corners, seeking to be seen as "spiritual" (Matthew 6: 5-6). Paul stated that sought to please God and not men (Galatians 1:10). Both knew that glorify God is more important than any human recognition.

Job was a great victory for being in search, just, divine approval. Had no explanation for their suffering, but rejected an answer either. His friends pushed me to be deserving of everything. Frustrations can lead us to lose our faith. This has not happened with job. He knew to be a poor before God but, at the same time, he trusted in the promises made by their Lord. The only indispensable life is the approval of God.

Leitura Bíblica: Números 14:2-10

Disse o homem: “Foi a mulher que me deste por companheira que me deu do fruto da árvore, e eu comi” (Gênesis 3:12).

As relações entre as pessoas são inevitáveis e indispensáveis. Começam com o indivíduo e a família, continuam na sociedade e, mundo afora, as nações buscam relações “amistosas” umas com as outras. A Bíblia está repleta de ensinos sobre relações entre indivíduos e nações, e também com o criador. No contexto da passagem lida relata-se o problema do conflito entre os dois espias fiéis e os dez que se opunham à ocupação da terra prometida. Houve até uma ameaça de revolução entre o povo, a ponto de pôr as vidas de Moisés e Arão em perigo. Com a ameaça de Deus aniquilar a nação, Moisés orou a Deus, que então a poupou.

Alguns psicólogos ensinam que a criança desobedece pelo exemplo de outras pessoas. Negam que haja outra razão. No texto de hoje, teria o povo desobedecido a Deus levado por algum mau exemplo? Ou houve outra razão? No versículo em destaque, quando Adão lançou a culpa sobre Eva, houve uma mudança sutil no relacionamento dela com Adão. Pois, quando ela mais precisava de apoio perante Deus, não o recebeu de Adão. Este ainda a ofendeu ao acrescentar que tudo acontecera porque Deus havia feito a mulher que lhe oferecera o fruto! Adão desobedeceu à ordem recebida diretamente de Deus. Por isso ele foi culpado, como Paulo diz: “O pecado entrou no mundo por um homem…” (Romanos 5:12), mas adiante identificado com Adão. Depois essa natureza pecaminosa passou de Adão a seus descendentes, inclusive ao povo na passagem lida levando-o a rebelar-se contra Deus. Não foi por alguma motivação exterior, pois, segundo Jesus, “do interior do coração dos homens vêm os maus pensamentos” (Marcos 7:21). Juntamente por isso Jesus veio morrer por nós: “Ele salvará o seu povo dos seus pecados” (Mateus 1:21b). Fez tudo para nos reconciliar com Deus e nos chama: “Por amor de Cristo lhes suplicamos: reconciliem-se com Deus” (II Coríntios 5:20). Esse é o caminho! – Teodoro Laskowski.

Relationships

Bible reading: numbers 14: 2-10

The man said: "it was the woman who gave me by companion that gave me the fruit of the tree, and I ate" (Genesis 3:12).

Relations between people are unavoidable and indispensable. Begin with the individual and family, remain in society and around the world, Nations seek to "friendly" relations with each other. The Bible is full of teachings on relations between individuals and Nations, and also with the creator. Velhos? / Old? / Старый?

Leitura Bíblica: II Crônicas 10:1-19

Dar resposta apropriada é motivo de alegria, e como é bom um conselho na hora certa! (Provérbios 15:23)

Em geral, os idosos são desprezados em nossa sociedade. A ênfase na juventude faz com que os mais velhos não consigam mais trabalhar, não sejam considerados bonitos ou interessantes e sejam desrespeitados nos lugares que “ousam” frequentar. Muitas vezes suas opiniões não são mais consideradas, nem mesmo por seus familiares ou irmãos da igreja, para quem os idosos têm ideias ultrapassadas e não podem entender o que é viver neste século.

Roboão, filho do sábio Salomão e novo rei de Israel, tinha de tomar uma importante decisão. Alguns anciões, que tinham sido conselheiros de seu pai e compreenderam a situação e suas consequências, aconselharam-no. O rei, porém, preferiu dar ouvidos a seus amigos, jovens como ele, e sua decisão insensata resultou na divisão de Israel em dois reinos, Norte e Sul. Como muitos jovens hoje, ele ignorou a experiência e sabedoria daqueles idosos e cometeu um grande erro.

E você, a quem ouve? Quem você busca quando está em situações difíceis, tendo de tomar decisões? Não estou dizendo que não possamos procurar o conselho de amigos mais jovens, mas sim que devemos valorizar a opinião de pessoas com mais experiência, que talvez já tenham passado pelos mesmos problemas. Aos mais velhos, há outra pergunta: quem ouve você? Você tem buscado em Deus a sabedoria e a experiência necessárias para ajudar os mais jovens? Mostre aos outros que você está disponível, sem julgamentos ou restrições quanto aos costumes de nossa época, para levá-los a decisões sábias e baseadas na Bíblia.

Todos nós, jovens ou mais experientes, precisamos buscar o conselho de Deus. Muitas vezes, Ele responde nossas perguntas através de pessoas consagradas. Não tenha medo de pedir ajuda e ouvir seus conselhos. Desenvolva, também, uma vida comprometida com Deus e busque novas experiências com Ele, para ajudar outros quando passarem pelas mesmas situações. – Vanessa Weiler Ribas

Old?

Biblereading: 2 Chronicles 10: 1-19

Give appropriate response is cause for joy, and how good an advice at the right time! (Proverbs 15:23)

In General, the elderly are neglected in our society. The emphasis on youth causes the older fail to work, are not considered beautiful or interesting and being disrespected in places that "dare" to attend. Often their views are no longer considered, even by their families or brethren of the Church, to whom the elderly have outdated ideas and cannot understand what it is to live in this century.

Rehoboam the son of Solomon and wise King of Israel, had to take an important decision. Some elders, who had been his father's advisers and understood the situation and its consequences, they advised no. King, however, preferred to listen to their friends, young people like him, and his unwise decision resulted in the Division of Israel into two kingdoms, North and South. How many young people today, he ignored the experience and wisdom of seniors and made a huge mistake.

And you, who listens? Who do you seek when you are in difficult situations, having to make decisions? I'm not saying that we seek advice from friends, but that we should value the opinion of people with more experience, who may already have passed through the same problems. The older, there is another question: who listens to you? You have sought in God the wisdom and experience to help the younger ones? Show others that you are available, without judgments or restrictions regarding the customs of our era, to get them to wise decisions and based on the Bible.

В общем игнорируются пожилых людей в нашем обществе. Акцент на молодежи причин старых не работать, не считаются красивые или интересные и уважают в места что «Даре» посещать. Часто их мнения больше не рассматриваются, даже по их семей или братьев церкви, которому пожилых людей устаревшие идеи и не могу понять, что это жить в этом столетии.

Ровоам сына Соломона и мудрый король Израиля, должен был принять важное решение. Некоторые старейшины, которые были его отец советников и понимать ситуацию и ее последствия, они посоветовали № короля, однако, предпочитают прислушиваться к своим друзьям, молодые люди, как он, и его неразумным решение привело к на Отдел Израиля на два царства Севера и Юга. Как многие молодые люди сегодня, он игнорировал опыт и мудрость пожилых и совершил огромную ошибку.
