Leia em sua Bíblia: Atos 2.42-47

"Não deixemos de reunir-nos como igreja, segundo o costume de alguns, mas procuremos encorajar-nos uns aos outros" (Hebreus 10.25 a).

Ao convidar uma vizinha para participar do culto em minha comunidade cristã, recebi a seguinte resposta: "Não costumo ir à igreja, mas leio a minha Bíblia em casa".

Infelizmente, parece-me que ela não é única a viver desta maneira.

Conforme o versículo em destaque, percebemos que esta postura já existia, quando a carta aos Hebreus foi escrita. De lá para cá, esse hábito intensificou-se ainda mais, contudo, somos exortados a não nos acostumarmos a essa realidade, mas a continuar a reunir-nos como igreja.

O texto indicado para leitura, nos fala da maneira como viviam os primeiros cristãos.

O relacionamento entre eles era muito intenso: "Mantinham-se unidos e tinham tudo em comum" (versículo 44). Não era algo forçado, pois faziam tudo com alegria e sinceridade de coração. Certamente eles concordavam com o rei Davi: "Como é bom e agradável quando os irmãos convivem em união!" (Salmos 133.1).

Infelizmente vivemos num tempo, no qual o individualismo é vivenciado com muito mais intensidade do que o relacionamento interpessoal.

Isso acontece até mesmo com muitos cristãos.

É como diz o ditado: "Cada um por si, Deus por todos", contudo, desse individualismo, resulta solidão e esta geralmente traz sofrimento. É verdade que nossa época é bem diferente dos tempos bíblicos, mas o ser humano continua sendo o mesmo e a interação com outros, ainda é uma necessidade básica, por isso, quero motivá-lo, para o seu próprio bem e para a sua felicidade, a não negligenciar esta área de sua vida.

Assim como os primeiros cristãos, você precisa conviver com outras pessoas que compartilham a mesma fé. Deixe o comodismo, saia de sua casa e procure outros seguidores de Jesus.

Se a Palavra de Deus nos ordena a viver em comunidade e unidos, é por ser essencial para nossa vida. (MP)

Ser cristão implica a busca de relacionamentos saudáveis com as pessoas e com Deus.

Read in your Bible: acts 2.42-47

"Let's not leave together as a church, according to the custom of some, but let us encourage each other" (Hebrews 10.25).

When asking a neighbor to join the cult in my Christian community, I received the following reply: "I don't usually go to church, but I read my Bible at home".

Unfortunately, it seems to me that she is not only to live this way.

As the verse highlighted, we realized that this posture already existed when the letter to the Hebrews was written. From there to here, this habit has intensified even more, however, we are exhorted not to get used to this reality, but to continue to meet as a church.

The text entered for reading, tells us how the first Christians lived.

The relationship between them was very intense: "remained together and had all things in common" (verse 44). It was not something forced, because they did everything with joy and sincerity of heart. Surely they agreed with King David: "How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!" (Psalms 133.1).

Unfortunately we live in a time in which individualism is experienced with a lot more intensity than the interpersonal relationship.

This happens even with many Christians.

It is as the saying goes: "every man for himself, God for all", however, this individualism, resulting loneliness and this usually brings suffering. It is true that our season is quite different from the biblical times, but the human being remains the same and the interaction with others, it is still a basic necessity, so I want to motivate you, for your own sake and for your happiness, not to neglect this area of your life.

Just like the early Christians, you need to socialize with other people who share the same faith. Let the indulgence, skirt of your House and look for other followers of Jesus.

If the word of God commands us to live in community and United, because it's essential for our life. (MP)

Being a Christian involves the search for healthy relationships with people and with God.

Motivação / Motivation

Leia em sua Bíblia: Gênesis 26.1-15

"[O Senhor disse a Isaque]: Eu sou o Deus de seu pai Abraão. Não tema, porque estou com você; eu o abençoarei e multiplicarei os seus descendentes por amor ao meu servo Abraão" (Gênesis 26.24).

Ao ler o texto indicado, podemos ter a impressão de que a vida de Isaque em Gerar foi fácil.

Ele cultivou uma lavoura que logo produziu muito bem: ficou riquíssimo e possuía muitos rebanhos e servos. Mas, a prosperidade material, acabou lhe trazendo dificuldades.

Naquele local, era fundamental ter poços com água, e Isaque os tinha.

Mas os filisteus que moravam naquela região, começaram a invejá-lo e encheram os seus poços de terra, com isso, Isaque precisou mudar-se e abrir novos poços, mas sempre que encontrava água, aparecida alguém para brigar por causa dela.

Contudo, Isaque não desistiu. Quando um poço lhe era tirado, abria outro.

Mesmo sofrendo por causa desta situação, ele se mantinha motivado, pois sabia que o Senhor estava com ele. 

Você já deve ter encontrado pessoas que agem como Isaque: apesar das dificuldades, não desiste. Mas também deve conhecer muitos pessimistas, cujas frases prediletas são: "Não posso": "É difícil"; "Pra mim tudo dá errado"; “É melhor nem tentar", no entanto, não há motivos para sermos assim, pois o Deus de Abraão e Isaque, também é o nosso Deus.

A promessa "Não tema, porque eu estou com você" também é válida para nós.

Antes de subir ao céu, Jesus disse aos seus discípulos: "Eu estarei sempre com vocês, até o fim dos tempos" (Mateus 28.20b).

Assim como na vida de Isaque houve dificuldades, em nossa vida elas também existem.

Jesus afirmou: "Neste mundo vocês terão aflições; contudo, tenham ânimo! Eu venci o mundo" (João 16.33b).

Então, se os seus "poços" estão sendo fechados, vá adiante: não desanime, abra novos "poços". Não tema, pois o Senhor está com você. Ele não permitirá que lhe falte o que você precisa. – (MP)

Mesmo nas dificuldades não há motivos para desanimar se o Senhor estiver conosco. 

Motivation

Read in your Bible: Genesis 26.1-15

"[The Lord said unto Isaac]: I am the God of your father Abraham. Fear not, for I am with you; I will bless and I will multiply your descendants for my servant Abraham "(Genesis 26.24).

When reading the text indicated, we may have the impression that the life of Isaac in Generate was easy.

He cultivated a crop which soon produced nicely: was wealthy and owned many herds and servants. But, material prosperity, ended up bringing difficulties.

At that location, it was essential to have wells with water, and Isaac had them.

But the Philistines who lived in that region, began to envy him and filled his wells of Earth, with this, Isaac had to move and open new wells, but where was water, someone to fight for her cause.

However, Isaac did not give up. When a well was taken, opened another.

Even suffering because of this situation, he remained motivated because I knew that the Lord was with him.

You may have already found people who act like Isaac: despite the difficulties, don't give up. But must also meet many pessimists, whose favorite phrases are: "can't": "it's hard"; "For me, everything goes wrong"; "You better not even try", however, there is no reason to be so, because the God of Abraham and Isaac, is also our God.

The promise "fear not, for I am with you" is also valid for us.

Before ascending into heaven, Jesus said to his disciples: "I will always be with you until the end of time" (Matthew 28.20 (b)).

As well as in the life of Isaac, there were difficulties in our life they also exist.

Jesus said: "in this world you will have tribulations; However, they cheer! I have conquered the world "(John 16.33 b).

So, if your "wells" are being closed, go ahead: don't be discouraged, open new "wells". Fear not, for the Lord is with you. He will not allow lacks what you need. -(MP)

Even in difficulties there is no reason to discourage if God is with us. 

Sentimentos / Feelings

Leia em sua Bíblia: Filipenses 1.3-11

"Estou convencido de que aquele que começou boa obra em vocês, vai completá-la até o dia de Cristo Jesus" (Filipenses 1.6).

Nosso cérebro pode nos lembrar de muitas emoções do passado. Podemos recordar boas atitudes que outros tiveram conosco e assim voltar a sentir a alegria que essas boas ações despertaram em nós.

No texto de hoje, Paulo afirma que é justo que ele se lembre dos filipenses com alegria e sinta que Deus continuará com seus amigos. Seu afeto não era momentâneo, apenas decorrente da bondade deles, mas resultado de uma escolha do apóstolo, que decidiu carregá-los no coração. Ele também sentia saudade daqueles cristãos, um sentimento elogiável e, no caso de Paulo, ligado à pessoa de Jesus Cristo.

Todas essas expressões de carinho estavam relacionadas aos bons sentimentos alimentados por Paulo em relação aos membros da igreja em Filipos, por isso, ele completa, desejando que sejam encontrados irrepreensíveis, perseverando em Cristo, até o dia da gloriosa volta do Senhor.

Mas nem todos alimentam bons sentimentos pelos outros.

Em Romanos 1.18-32, o mesmo apóstolo descreve até que ponto pode chegar o mau sentimento humano. Ele se torna uma força a governar as ações daqueles que não reconhecem a Deus como Senhor de suas vidas. Sabemos que não podemos deixar de sentir; o máximo que podemos fazer é ignorar o peso dos sentimentos em nossa vida.

Para proteger nossos relacionamentos, muitas vezes precisamos aprender a controlar nossas emoções.

Certa vez, fui procurado por um casal dividido por um fato seríssimo. Comecei o atendimento solicitando ao marido que trancasse com um forte cadeado qualquer sentimento que o fato viesse a provocar, até que pudéssemos falar a sós. No encontro seguinte, ele se achava bem melhor.

Se apenas impedir maus sentimentos já exerce tão boa influência, que dirá alimentar somente bons desejos!

Esta é uma bem-aventurada experiência: tentar manter apenas bons sentimentos em nosso coração. (MJT)

Não podemos evitar os sentimentos, mas podemos escolher o que fazer com eles.

Feelings

Read in your Bible: Philippians 1.3-11

"I am convinced that the one who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus" (Philippians 1.6).

Our brain can remind us of many emotions from the past. We can remember good attitudes that others have had with us and so back to feel the joy that these good deeds aroused in us.

In today's text, Paul says it's only fair that he remembers of the Philippians with joy and feel that God will continue with their friends. His affection was not momentary, only due to the kindness of them, but the result of a choice of the Apostle, who decided to upload them in the heart. He also missed those Christians, a commendable sentiment and, in the case of Paul, linked to the person of Jesus Christ.

All these expressions of affection were related to good feelings fed by Paul in relation to members of the Church in Philippi, so he completes, wishing to be found beyond reproach, to persevere in Christ, until the day of the glorious return of Mr.

But not all feed on good feelings for others.

In Romans 1.18-32, the same Apostle describes how far can get the bad human feeling. He becomes a force to govern the actions of those who do not recognize the God as Lord of their lives. We know we can't help feeling; the most we can do is ignore the weight of the feelings in our life.

To protect our relationships, many times we need to learn to control our emotions.

Once, I was approached by a couple divided by a serious fact. I started the service requesting the husband who lock with a stronger padlock any feeling that the fact would cause, until we could talk privately. In the next meeting, he felt much better.

If only to prevent bad feelings already exerts so good influence, let alone feed only good wishes!

This is a blissful experience: trying to keep only good feelings in our heart. (MJT)

We can't help the feelings, but we can choose what to do with them.

Mais crise! / More crisis!

Leia em sua Bíblia: I Samuel 30.1-20

"O justo passa por muitas adversidades, mas o Senhor o livra de todas" (Salmos 34.19).

É comum ouvirmos nas rádios, nos telejornais, no bate-papo entre amigos, nas redes sociais, com os colegas de trabalho e tantos em outros lugares e momentos sobre este assunto: crise. Ela surge nas mais diversas áreas: finanças, ética e moralidade, famílias, princípios e valores e por aí vai.

Esta lista poderia crescer bastante. Diante de tudo isso, surge a pergunta: quem nunca passou por crise? Como você se portou diante dela? Tomou alguma atitude, ou simplesmente anunciou: "Mais crise"?

No texto de hoje, vimos que Davi está passando por um momento de crise em sua vida. Depois de três dias de caminhada no retorno para casa, mal entra na cidade, vê tudo destruído e vazio, pois sua família e bens tinham sido levados pelos amalequitas. O desespero toma conta dele e de seus homens, a tal ponto que alguns querem apedrejá-lo.

Que aflição!

Mas vale a pena observar, como ele se portou diante dessa crise:

-  Em primeiro lugar, Davi conversou com Deus sobre a situação e obteve uma resposta (versículo 8).

- Em segundo lugar, ele partiu para alcançar seu objetivo. Não ficou parado, só lamentando (v 9).

- Em terceiro lugar, Davi aproveitou a ajuda que Deus mandou (versículos 11, 15-16) e por fim conquistou de volta tudo o que era seu (versículos 18-19). 

Como nós reagimos diante de crises? Ficamos lamentando e chorando? Procuramos um culpado, acusando-o com palavras, gestos, atitudes que não levam a solução nenhuma?

O exemplo de Davi vale também para nós. Em vez de seguir o costume comum de contar tudo para os outros, menos para Deus, podemos nos dirigir diretamente ao Senhor. Ele tem respostas para os nossos problemas e nos faz caminhar na direção da solução. 

Aja! Saia do lugar. Conte com a providência divina e no momento certo, a crise vai se resolver.

É como diz certa canção: "Essa nuvem é passageira, logo vai passar". -  (KCB)

A melhor ajuda na crise é aquela que vem de Deus.

More crisis!

Read in your Bible: 1 Samuel 30.1-20

"The fair is going through a lot of adversity, but the Lord free of all" (Psalms 34.19).

It is common to hear on the radio, on the evening news, in the chit-chat between friends, in social networks, with co-workers and many other places and moments on this subject: crisis. She appears in several areas: finance, ethics and morality, families, principles and values and so on.

This list could grow enough. Before all this, the question arises: who never went through a crisis? How you behave in front of her? Have you taken any attitude or simply announced: "crisis"?

In today's text, we saw that David is going through a time of crisis in his life. After three days of walking on return home, barely enters the city, see everything destroyed and empty, because your family and possessions had been taken by the Amalekites. Despair takes over him and his men, to the point that some wanted to stone him.

That affliction!

But it is worth noting, as he did before this crisis:

-Firstly, David talked to God about the situation and obtained a response (verse 8).

-Secondly, he left to reach your goal. I stood there, just lamenting (9 v).

-Thirdly, David took the help that God sent (verses 11, 15-16) and finally won back all that was his (verses 18-19). 

How we react in the face of crises? We were wailing and crying? We're looking for someone to blame, accusing him with words, gestures, attitudes that do not lead to any solution?

The example of David also applies to us. Instead of following the usual common to tell everything to the other except for God, we can drive directly to the Lord. He has answers to our problems and causes us to walk in the direction of the solution.

Act! Get out of the place. Count on Divine Providence and at the right time, the crisis will resolve itself.

It's like a song: "This cloud is fleeting, will soon pass". -(KCB)

The best help in the crisis is the one that comes from God.
