Entressafra Leitura bíblica: Isaías 28.23-29  _________________ O seu Deus o instrui e lhe ensina o caminho (Isaías 28.26). _________________

Deus é grande em sabedoria. Ao ler o texto bíblico, muito precioso por sinal, fiquei feliz e senti um conforto muito grande. Ao estar passando por um momento difícil em minha vida, e consequentemente em minha família, nos questionávamos muito sobre querer fazer algo para Deus, mas não ter saúde e condições para trabalhar na sua obra. Estávamos querendo plantar, querendo colher, mas não podíamos. Ao não conseguir dormir à noite, levantei-me e fui procurar na Bíblia alguma resposta de Deus para a inquietação que passávamos. Deus me fez entender muitas verdades contidas neste texto de Isaías.

Como filha de agricultores, sabia bastante sobre sementes, plantar, colher e toda a dinâmica rural. Foi um texto que “caiu como uma luva” para me ajudar. Afinal, realmente o lavrador não passa o ano inteiro plantando ou o ano inteiro colhendo. Além disso, cada cereal tem um processo diferente de plantio ou colheita. Entendi o texto e apliquei-o à nossa situação, chamando o tempo que estávamos vivendo de “entressafra”. O período em que o agricultor prepara o solo para plantar ou leva as máquinas de colher para a oficina mecânica para uma revisão é o período da entressafra, quando também pode descansar ou executar outras tarefas.

Como vivemos em um mundo agitado e que procura produzir muito, somos cobrados ou nos cobramos automaticamente de que devemos produzir. Porém Deus, em sua infinita bondade, nos deixa passar por momentos em que precisamos parar, pensar e rever muitas coisas necessárias que nos fazem buscar mais a Deus e seus propósitos. Deus seja glorificado em nossas vidas quando passamos por momentos de indefinição, de silêncio, de restauração, de “entressafra”. Esses momentos não significam que fomos esquecidos por Deus, mas que estamos sendo preparados por ele para depois voltar a produzir ainda mais e melhor.

God is great in wisdom. When reading the biblical text, very precious by the way, I was happy and felt a very great comfort. To be going through a difficult time in my life, and therefore in my family, we questioned a lot about wanting to do something for God, but not have health and conditions to work in his work. We were trying to grow, trying to spoon, but we couldn't. By not being able to sleep at night, I got up and went looking for an answer in the Bible of God to the concern that we spent. God made me understand many truths contained in the text of Isaiah.

As the daughter of farmers, knew a lot about seeds, plant, harvest and all the dynamics. It was a text that "fell like a glove" to help me. After all, really the farmer doesn't spend the whole year planting or harvesting all year. In addition, each cereal has a different process of planting or harvest. Understand the text and applied it to our situation, calling the time we were living in "off season". The period during which the farmer prepares the soil for planting or harvesting machines for the mechanical workshop for a review is the period of the offseason, when can also rest or perform other tasks.

As we live in a hectic world and which seeks to produce much, are charged or in charge automatically that we produce. But God, in his infinite kindness, let us go through times when we need to stop, think and review many necessary things that make us get more to God and his purposes. God may be glorified in our lives when we went through moments of uncertainty, of silence, of restoration, of "off season". These times do not mean that we were forgotten by God, but that we are being prepared for him to then go back to produce even more and better.

Corrupção / Corruption

Corrupção Leitura bíblica: Salmo 73.1-28  _________________ Não se deixem enganar: de Deus não se zomba. Pois o que o homem semear, isso também colherá. Quem semeia para a sua carne, da carne colherá destruição; mas quem semeia para o Espírito, do Espírito colherá a vida eterna (Gálatas 6.7-8). _________________

A corrupção está sempre em pauta nos meios de comunicação e nas conversas entre as pessoas. Há até aqueles que chegam a dizer que existem os corruptos culpados e os corruptos inocentes, ou generalizam afirmando que não há político, por exemplo, que seja honesto.

Como vemos no texto de hoje, a corrupção e a injustiça não são práticas recentes, bem como nossa indignação diante de Deus devido a esse contexto em que a maldade impera. O salmista descreve o comportamento dos ímpios e sente até mesmo que sua própria busca em ser honesto parece ser inútil. Isso faz lembrar o que Rui Barbosa disse em 1914: “De tanto ver triunfar as nulidades, de tanto ver prosperar a desonra, de tanto ver crescer a injustiça, de tanto ver agigantarem-se os poderes nas mãos dos maus, o homem chega a desanimar da virtude, a rir-se da honra, a ter vergonha de ser honesto!”

Mesmo assim, não podemos desanimar. Parece que Deus não vê o que está acontecendo, mas a verdade é que o sucesso das pessoas más e corruptas é enganoso: se não se arrependerem, seu fim será a destruição!

O avanço da maldade a cada dia não deve ser usado como desculpa para justificar nossos erros. Mesmo que a impunidade e a injustiça predominem, o cristão não pode concordar com o que desagrada a Deus. Que o mau exemplo da maioria das pessoas não leve os filhos de Deus a praticar o mal também ou a aceitá-lo como “normal”. A vida cristã exige sacrifício: não ceder às tentações da maldade. Diante de tantas notícias sobre a corrupção, a postura do cristão deve ser a de buscar no Senhor a força para não se deixar contaminar e também orar para que a justiça divina seja aplicada.

Com a ajuda de Deus, podemos viver num mundo corrupto sem nos contaminar com ele.

Corruption is always on the agenda in the media and in conversations between people. There are even those who arrive there are the corrupt guilty and innocent corrupted, or generalize stating that no politician, for example, to be honest.

As we see in the text today, corruption and injustice are not recent practices, as well as our indignation in front of God due to this context where evil reigns. The psalmist describes the behavior of the wicked and feel even his own quest to be honest seems to be useless. This is reminiscent of what Rui Barbosa said in 1914: "see triumph the nullities, see prosper the disgrace, of both see growing injustice, see agigantarem-if the powers in the hands of the bad guys, the man comes to discourage the virtue, the laugh of the honor, to be ashamed to be honest!"

Even so, we can't get discouraged. It seems that God doesn't see what's going on, but the truth is that the success of the bad people and corrupt is deceptive: If we don't repent, your end will be destruction.

The advance of evil every day should not be used as an excuse to justify our mistakes. Even if impunity and injustice, predominate the Christian may not agree with what displeases God. The bad example of most people don't take the children of God to do evil or to accept it as "normal". The Christian life requires sacrifice: don't give in to the temptations of evil. Faced with so many news about corruption, the Christian posture should be to seek the Lord for strength not to contaminate and also pray that divine justice is applied.

Voltar para Deus Leitura bíblica: Oseias 14.1-9  _________________ Volte, ó Israel, para o Senhor, para o seu Deus. Seus pecados causaram sua queda! (Oseias 14.1) _________________

A fragilidade da condição humana leva as pessoas a se afastarem com facilidade de Deus. Quando você se envolve muito com as coisas do mundo e deixa Deus de lado, anda por caminhos que trazem grandes prejuízos para a própria vida. A condição daqueles que ficam na contramão dos propósitos de Deus passa a ser trágica em determinados momentos.

Deus permite que as pessoas façam suas próprias escolhas e a partir delas colham aquilo que semearam. Muitas vezes ficam empolgadas com os caminhos distantes de Deus, as sementes que escolhem parecem ser boas, mas quando chega o tempo da colheita é que percebem o terror que passa a envolver a vida.

Se o ser humano fosse entregue plenamente aos seus próprios caprichos, sem possibilidade de voltar para Deus, a História mostra que a destruição seria seu único fim. Mas por causa da misericórdia e bondade de Deus, que chama as pessoas ao arrependimento, é que existe esperança para que tudo seja diferente.

Voltar para Deus é um processo na vida de muitas pessoas. Ele começa com a necessidade de reconhecer que se está longe de Deus, sentir que é necessário voltar. Posteriormente, como toda mudança na vida, ela requer mudança de atitude e comportamento. Será necessário buscar Deus e depender dele, fazer o que ele pede em sua Palavra.

A recompensa dessa volta para Deus é que ele promete estar presente com você e abençoar todo o seu caminho. Ele promete levantar aquele que está abatido, fazendo com que a vida se torne melhor em todos os aspectos. Melhor ainda é saber que o amor de Deus pelo ser humano não esgota a possibilidade de voltar, pelo menos enquanto estivermos vivos ou ainda houver tempo para aproximar-se do Senhor. Sente-se longe de Deus? Então, volte hoje mesmo para perto dele.

Even better is knowing that the love of God for human being does not exhaust the possibility of returning, at least as long as we're alive or still there is time to approach the Lord.
