Ser sábio

O texto bíblico lido fala
em conseguir um coração sábio. Mas como poderia o coração ser considerado sábio
ou não? Ele é um dos principais órgãos do corpo humano e, no contexto da
Bíblia, equivale à mente: é de onde provêm as decisões, é a sede das emoções.
Em outras palavras, poderíamos dizer que o coração é a vida.
O que significa ser sábio?
Quando os textos bíblicos falam do sábio, dizem respeito a pessoas com
habilidades especiais. Estas às vezes podem fazer referência a aconselhar,
administrar, entre outras. Há textos que, quando tratam de “sabedoria de coração”,
fazem menção à realização de tarefas (Êxodo 28.3; 35.25-26; 35.35-36; 36.2).
Estes aludem à natureza prática da sabedoria, ou seja: ser sábio é algo
utilitário, e não teórico.
Os sábios na Bíblia fazem
refletir sobre o modo de usar o saber, isto é, como um dom destinado à
felicidade de todos. Em outras palavras, a sabedoria designa a capacidade,
inata ou adquirida, de conduzir a própria vida e é manifesta por um conjunto de
qualidades (Provérbios 1.2-7) utilizadas em prol do próximo. É resultado de
observações e reflexões. Na leitura bíblica de hoje, vemos que o salmista
buscou ter um coração sábio suplicando a ajuda de Deus.
A Palavra de Deus mostra
como obter um coração sábio ou levar uma vida sábia. Isso acontece quando
utilizamos nossas aptidões em favor do próximo, pois, como diz a Bíblia: “Se
vocês de fato obedecerem à lei do Reino encontrada na Escritura que diz: ‘Ame o
seu próximo como a si mesmo’, estarão agindo corretamente” (Tiago 2.8).
Além de uma vida voltada
para a valorização do próximo, ser sábio também é voltar-se para a família e
para o Senhor. Amar o próximo e a família é possível em Cristo, e o temor do
Senhor (a reverência a ele) vem especialmente a partir da nossa vida com Deus.
Aprendemos a temer o Senhor quando reconhecemos sua soberania e lhe dedicamos
tempo. Isso é ter um coração sábio!

Be wise

The fear of the Lord is the
beginning of wisdom. (Proverbs 9.10).

The biblical text read talks about getting a heart wise. But how can the
heart be considered wise or not? He is one of the main organs of the human body
and, in the context of the Bible, is equivalent to mind: is from which
decisions, is the seat of the emotions. In other words, we could say that the
heart is the life.
What it means to be wise? When the biblical texts speak of wise, relate
to people with special skills. These can sometimes refer to advise,
administrate, among others. There are texts that, when dealing with
"wisdom of heart", mention the achievement of tasks (28.3 Exodus; 26;
35.35 35.25--36; 36.2). These allude to the practicality of wisdom, namely: be
wise is something utility, and not theoretical.
The wise men in the Bible do reflect on how to use the knowledge, that
is, as a gift for the happiness of all. In other words, the wisdom designates
the ability, innate or acquired, to lead his own life and is manifested by a
set of qualities (Proverbs 1.2-7) used for the next. Is the result of
observations and reflections. In today's scriptural reading, we see that the
psalmist sought to have a wise heart begging God's help.
The word of God shows how to get a heart wise or take a wise life. This
happens when we use our skills in favor of next, because, as the Bible says:
"If you indeed obey the law of the Kingdom found in Scripture that says: '
love your neighbor as yourself ', will be doing the right thing" (James
2.8).
In addition to a life devoted to the appreciation of the next, be wise
is also turning to the family and to the Lord. Love your neighbor and the
family is possible in Christ, and the fear of the Lord (reverence him) comes
especially from our life with God. We learn to fear the Lord when we recognize
your sovereignty and we dedicate time. That's a wise heart.
