Portabilidade
Você já não
é mais escravo, mas filho; e, por ser filho, Deus também o tornou herdeiro (Gálatas
4.7).
Recentemente, tentei fazer a portabilidade do meu
plano de saúde, isto é, transferir o contrato que tenho de uma operadora para
outra. A lei garante que, sob certas condições, isso pode ser feito
aproveitando todas as carências já cumpridas. A vantagem é não ter de começar
do zero, esperando dias e até meses até ter direito a determinados exames e
tratamentos. Uma das condições é que a nova operadora tenha algum plano que
seja compatível com o que eu já tinha, nem melhor nem pior. Assim, embora a
mudança tenha vantagens práticas para mim, nada mudaria na qualidade do plano
em si.
A leitura bíblica de hoje mostra que Deus já
conhece o conceito da portabilidade há muito mais tempo que a lei brasileira.
Desde a criação, ele quer ter um relacionamento com o ser humano, mas este é
rebelde e insiste em viver por conta própria, afastado do Senhor. É o que a
Bíblia chama de pecado: desagradar, desobedecer a Deus. Mas como o Senhor nos
ama muito, ele preparou um plano de portabilidade: assim poderíamos ser
perdoados e voltar a ter um relacionamento íntimo com Deus. No seu plano, alguém
outro – Jesus, que não tinha nenhum pecado – assume a nossa culpa e paga o
preço necessário para apagá-la.
Se fosse só isso, já seria um presente imenso,
pois o único preço aceitável aqui é a morte. Assim, não precisamos mais morrer.
Mas a portabilidade de Deus é ainda melhor: Jesus não só assume o nosso pecado,
mas a quem crê e entrega sua vida a ele também concede o status de filho de
Deus. No caso do plano de saúde, seria como se a nova operadora não apenas me
fornecesse exames e tratamentos, mas me instalasse no melhor hospital do mundo
e o fizesse de forma gratuita – adeus, mensalidades! Absurdo, não é? Assim é o
amor de Deus: ele paga o preço do nosso pecado e ainda faz de nós seus filhos e
herdeiros!

A mudança de vida oferecida por Deus vale a pena: é extremamente
vantajosa para quem faz esta portabilidade.

Recently, I tried to make my health plan portability, that is, to
transfer the contract to have a carrier to another. The law ensures that, under
certain conditions, this can be done by leveraging all the shortcomings already
observed. The advantage is not having to start from scratch, waiting for days
and even months to get certain tests and treatments. One of the conditions is
that the new carrier has a plan that is compatible with what I already had,
neither better nor worse. Thus, although the change has practical advantages
for me, nothing would change in the quality of the plan itself.
Today's scriptural reading shows that God already knows the concept of
portability a lot longer than the brazilian law. Since its creation, he wants
to have a relationship with the human being, but this is rebellious and insists
on living on their own, away from the Lord. Is what the Bible calls Sin:
displease, disobeying God. But as the Lord loves us very much, he prepared a
portability plan: so we could be forgiven and have an intimate relationship
with God. In your plan, other-Jesus had no sin – assumes our guilt and pay the
price necessary to delete it.
If it were just that, it's a huge gift, as the only acceptable price
here is death. So, we don't need to die. But the portability of God is even
better: Jesus not only takes our sin, but who believes and delivery your life
also gives the status of the son of God. In the case of health insurance, it
would be like if the new carrier doesn't just provide examinations and
treatments, but I installed the best hospital in the world and do it for free –
so long, monthly fees! Absurd, isn't it? So is the love of God: he pays the
price of our sin and still makes us his sons and heirs.
