A irresponsabilidade / The irresponsibility

"Devido ao aumento de maldade, o amor de muitos esfriará" (Mateus 24.12)

O mundo hoje está motorizado. As fábricas de automóveis lançam milhares de carros diariamente nas ruas e estradas, que ficam cada dia mais congestionadas. O lamentável é que isso é acompanhado de transgressões às leis do trânsito, causando graves acidentes. 

Algo curioso aconteceu por estes dias.

Depois de um deputado estadual alcoolizado ter causado um acidente fatal, matando dois jovens, descobriu-se que dois terços dos deputados da mesma assembleia, haviam cometido faltas graves no trânsito, mas nem sequer tinham recebido comunicação de suas transgressões.

O versículo-chave do nosso texto, diz que, devido ao aumento da maldade, o amor de muitos esfriará. A palavra original aqui traduzida por "maldade" também poderia ser traduzida por "iniquidade" ou "ilegalidade" - desrespeito às leis.

O ser humano vive afastado de Deus e consequentemente não obedece aos princípios estabelecidos pelo Criador. Mas não só desobedece aos princípios de Deus, como esse desrespeito aos princípios de Deus, leva o ser humano a desrespeitar também as leis do país.

Desrespeitoso, toma a mesma atitude de Caim: "Sou eu o responsável por meu irmão? (Gênesis 4.9). Daí nascem o descaso, a irresponsabilidade, a brutalidade que desemboca nesta onda de violência que sufoca a cordialidade, o respeito e o amor, levando a humanidade cada vez mais em direção ao abismo.

A solução seria a volta para viver os princípios de Deus - e isso não é difícil, quando nos lembramos de que o próprio Deus quer capacitar-nos a isso porque nos ama, ao nos reconciliar com ele pelos méritos de Jesus Cristo (João 3.16), conforme também nos promete em Filipenses 2.13: "É Deus que efetua em vocês tanto o querer como o realizar, de acordo com a boa vontade dele" – (HM)

Só existe uma solução para os conflitos e problemas deste mundo: o amor de Deus.

The irresponsibility

Read in your Bible: Matthew 24.9-12

"Due to the increase of wickedness, the love of many shall wax cold" (Matthew 24.12)

The world today is motorized. Car factories throw thousands of cars daily on the streets and roads, which are increasingly congested. The pity is that this is accompanied by traffic laws, offences causing serious accidents.

Something curious happened these days.

After a State representative drunk have caused a fatal accident, killing two young men, it turned out that two-thirds of the members of the same House, had committed serious faults in traffic, but had not received notice of their transgressions.

The key verse of our text says that, due to the increase of wickedness, the love of many shall wax cold. The word here translated "evil" could also be translated "wickedness" or "illegality"-disrespect to the laws.

The human being lives away from God and therefore does not comply with the principles established by the Creator. But not only disobeys the principles of God, how this disregard the principles of God, leads the human being to disregard the laws of the country.

Disrespectful, takes the same attitude of Cain: "Am I responsible for my brother? (Genesis 4.9). Hence born the indifference, irresponsibility, the brutality that ends in this wave of violence that suffocates the warmth, respect and love, leading humanity more and more toward the abyss.

The solution would be to back to live the principles of God-and this is not difficult, when we remember that God himself wants to empower us to this because we love, as we reconcile with him by the merits of Jesus Christ (John 3.16), as also promises us in Philippians 2.13: "is God that makes you both want to how to perform accordance with the good will of him "– (HM)

There is only one solution to the conflicts and problems of this world: the love of God.
