Você lhe teria pedido e Ele lhe teria dado água viva. (João 4:10 b)
Era um dia como os demais na
pequena vila samaritana de Sicar, na Palestina. Uma mulher dirige-se ao poço
levando um cântaro ao ombro, jamais sonhando que teria ali a maior experiência
de sua vida. Chegando, viu um estrangeiro, um judeu, sentado à beira do poço.
Você leu sobre o espanto dela
quando o estrangeiro lhe pediu água – aquilo feria todos os usos e costumes do
local e da época.
Como estava cega a samaritana
diante do Filho de Deus: a felicidade estava ali à sua frente e ela nem podia
perceber. O mais sublime dom oferecido ao coração humano estava à sua
disposição, mas ela ignorava o seu valor.
A resposta de Jesus foi: “Se você
conhecesse o dom de Deus e quem lhe está lhe pedindo água, você lhe teria pedido
e ele lhe teria dado água viva”. Nessa hora a mulher percebeu que havia ali
algo muito especial e não perdeu a oportunidade. Quando Cristo se faz presente
em nós e nos convida a descarregar o coração pesado sobre o seu amor
imensurável, é hora de não abafar o seu chamado, recusando-se a recebê-lo. A
consequência dessa decisão será eterna!
Quem sabe você tenha tido também
a oportunidade de um encontro com Deus. Quantas vezes já ouviu ou leu a
mensagem do amor de Deus e sentiu seu toque no seu íntimo? Qual tem sido sua
atitude ante o apelo divino?
Enquanto alguns permanecem
indiferentes, outros aceitam a palavra e recebem Jesus, entregando-se a
ele e passando da morte para a vida.
Ah, se você conhecesse o dom de
Deus à sua disposição por intermédio de Jesus Cristo e aceitasse a água viva
que ele oferece, você a pediria a Jesus e teria também vida em abundância! – MM

If you knew ...
You would request and He would
have given you living water. (John 4:10 b)
It was a day
like others in the small village of Samaritan Shechem in Palestine. A woman goes
to the well taking a kantharos to shoulder, never dreaming they would have

sitting on the edge of the well.

Jesus '
answer was: "If you knew the gift of God and who is asking you water, you

Ответ Иисуса
было: «Если бы вы знали дар Бога и кто просит вам воду, будет просить и он дал
бы вам живая вода». В это время женщина понял, что там было что-то особенное и
не упустить возможность. Когда Христос делает себя в нас и приглашает нас
выгрузить тяжелым сердцем о его неизмеримой любовью, пора не задушить его
называют, отказываясь принять его. Следствием этого решения будет вечной!
Кто знает,
что вы имели также возможность встретиться с Богом. Сколько раз вы слышали или
прочитать сообщение Божьей любви и почувствовал его касание на вашей интимной?
Что было ваше отношение апелляционном божественного?
Хотя
некоторые остаются равнодушными, другие принять слово и получить Иисуса,
вручать ему и переходя от смерти к жизни.
Да если вы
знали дар Божий, в вашем распоряжении через Иисуса Христа и принять воды живой,
что он предлагает, вы бы просите Иисуса и будет также иметь жизнь в изобилии!
