Louve a Deus! / Praise God!

Leia em sua Bíblia: Salmo 103.19-22

"Louvem o Senhor, todas as suas criaturas, em todo lugar onde ele reina! Que todo o meu ser te louve, ó Senhor!” (Salmo 103.22 NTLH).

O texto de hoje, nos leva a constatar que Deus é soberano sobre tudo, inclusive sobre o mundo espiritual.

Todo este poder, inspira o ser humano a louvar a Deus - especialmente aqueles que são conhecedores de sua obra e sabem que seu poder e benefício atingem todo o universo, por isso, esse texto nos ajuda a compreender  que, no decorrer da história, Deus tem revelado sua grandeza e graça, e que seu governo vai além do espaço terrestre, ou seja, não somente o povo de Israel ou as outras nações, são convidados a louvá-lo, mas todos os seres criados por Ele (veja o versículo em destaque).

Quem nunca teve alguma pergunta sobre os anjos?

Independentemente do que sabemos sobre eles, o texto mostra, que os anjos devem se submeter ao Senhor e são chamados a louvá-lo. Ele é poderoso e estabeleceu seu trono, dominando sobre tudo - até mesmo sobre os seres celestiais.

O texto bíblico lido hoje, ainda serve de instrução. Ele revela que, assim como os anjos obedecem à voz do Senhor, nós também devemos obedecer a Deus. No versos 21 vemos que, os servos de Deus são cumpridores de sua missão, executando a vontade divina. Realizam sua missão com alegria, sempre bendizendo ao seu Senhor.

Honrar e agradecer a Deus, quando desempenhamos nossas tarefas diárias, é algo de extrema importância, e nisto deve estar nossa satisfação. Tal louvor e gratidão evidenciam a nossa experiência individual com Deus e permitem que anunciemos a todos o poder divino descrito na Bíblia.

Quem não tem motivos para louvar e obedecer ao Senhor? Todo aquele que conheceu seu amor e entregou sua vida a Deus, tem infinita gratidão a Ele.

Em meio a tanto poder, somos agraciados e ainda podemos participar deste louvor ao único que o merece. (MZK)

Todos são chamados a juntar-se em louvor a este Deus que reina sobre todo o universo.

Praise God!

Read in your Bible: Psalm 103.19-22

"Praise the Lord, all his creatures, everywhere where he reigns! That my whole being praise you, o Lord! " (Psalm 103.22 NTLT).

The text today, leads us to conclude that God is sovereign over all, including about the spiritual world.

All this power, inspires the human being to praise God-especially those who are knowledgeable of his work and knows that its power and benefits reach the entire universe, so this text helps us understand that, throughout history, God has revealed his greatness and grace, and that his Government goes beyond Earth space, IE.not only the people of Israel or the other Nations, are invited to praise him, but all beings created by him (see verse headlines).

Who never had any question about the angels?

Regardless of what we know about them, the text shows that the angels should submit to the Lord and are called to praise him. He is powerful and established his throne, dominating about everything-even on the celestial beings.

The biblical text read today, it still serves as instruction. He reveals that, like the angels obey the voice of the Lord, we must also obey God. In verse 21 we see that God's servants are abiding to its mission, performing the divine will. Accomplish your mission with joy, blessing always to his Lord.

Honor and thank God, when we play our daily tasks, is something of extreme importance, and this must be our satisfaction. Such praise and gratitude are evidence of our individual experience with God and allow proclaim to all divine power described in the Bible.

Who has no reason to worship and obey the Lord? Everyone who met her love and gave her life to God, has infinite gratitude to him.

In the midst of so much power, we are blessed and we can still participate in this praise to the one who deserves it. (MZK)

All are called to join in praise of this God who reigns over the whole universe.

Inveja / Envy

Leia em sua Bíblia: I Samuel 19.1-17

"Abençoem aqueles que os perseguem; abençoem, e não os amaldiçoem" (Romanos 12.14).

A inveja é um mau sentimento ligado às emoções, difícil de ser aceita por quem a possui e de ser diagnosticada pela pessoa que dela é vítima. Ela leva o seu portador a julgar-se acima da lei: são sempre os outros os culpados de seus fracassos. Ao mesmo tempo, o invejoso pensa estar livre de julgamento pelas suas atitudes condenatórias com relação aos outros. O "culpado" por seus fracassos não recebe nenhuma piedade: sobre ele é colocado uma carga enorme de imperfeições.

O invejoso controla todos os movimentos e ações de sua "vítima". Sabe tudo a respeito dela, mas sempre por meio de outras pessoas. Uma vez que não tem nenhuma simpatia por ela, não deseja se aproximar. Jamais menciona algo positivo sobre tal pessoa: ele tem todos os defeitos e nenhuma virtude. Alimenta sua mágoa sempre que o outro recebe algum tipo de vantagem. Acaba envolvendo outras pessoas em seus ataques, pois tem a necessidade de expor seus sentimentos negativos e precisa de apoiadores para suas reclamações.

Movido pela inveja, Saul preparou armadilhas contra Davi, desconsiderando o sentimento que Jônatas e Mical, seus filhos, tinham por ele. Atacou o escolhido pelo Senhor para sucedê-lo no trono, ignorando que com isso, estava confrontando o próprio Deus - foi isso que Moisés afirmou para o rebelde Corá (Números 16.11).

O texto que lemos hoje nos traz um dos personagens mais íntegros da Bíblia: Jônatas.

Ao mesmo tempo em que foi um bom filho - e não é fácil agir assim com um invejoso como Saul - foi leal com aquele que seu pai, injustamente, via como inimigo. A amizade entre Jônatas e Davi durou até o fim de suas vidas. Quando teve oportunidade, Davi poupou a vida de Saul, porque este era o rei ungido por Deus e também o pai do tão querido amigo.

A melhor maneira de enfrentar a inveja, tanto em você mesmo como a que parte de outros, é temer a Deus e amar ao próximo. (MJT)

Quem tem fé em Deus e está contente com o que tem, não tem motivos para sentir inveja.

Envy

Read in your Bible: 1 Samuel 17-19.1

"Bless those who persecute you; bless, not curse "(Romans 12.14).

Envy is a bad feeling connected to emotions, hard to be accepted by those who own and being diagnosed by the person who is the victim. She leads the wielder judging if above the law: it's always the other the guilty of their failures. At the same time, the jealous mind be free from judgment for their condemnatory attitudes with respect to others. The "guilty" for their failures receives no mercy: on it is placed a huge load of imperfections.

The envious controls all the movements and actions of his "victim". You know everything about her, but always through others. Since it has no sympathy for her, don't you want to get closer. Never mentions anything positive about such a person: he has all the defects and no virtue. Feed your grief whenever the other receives some sort of advantage. Ends up involving other people in their attacks, as has the need to expose your negative feelings and needs of supporters for their complaints.

Moved by envy, Saul prepared traps against David, disregarding the sentiment that Jonathan and Michal, his sons, had for him. Attacked the chosen by the Lord to succeed him on the throne, ignoring that it was confronting God himself-that's what Moses said to the rebel Corá (16.11).

The text we read today brings us one of the most righteous characters of the Bible: Jonathan.

While that was a good son-and it's not easy to act like that with an envious as Saul-was loyal to the one his father, unjustly, via as an enemy. The friendship between Jonathan and David lasted until the end of their lives. When he had the chance, David spared the life of Saul, because this was the King anointed by God and also the father of such a dear friend.

The best way to face the envy, both in yourself as to which part of others is fear of God and love of neighbor. (MJT)

Who has faith in God and is happy with what it has, has no reason to feel jealous.

Digno / Worthy

"Todos saberão que vocês são meus discípulos se vocês se amarem uns aos outros" (João 13.35).

O homem tem evoluído em muitas áreas - na tecnologia, na medicina, nas artes - mas na área relacional, parece ter havido uma involução.

A internet e o telefone celular, por exemplo, que deveriam aproximar as pessoas, criaram um modo de relacionamento baseado em conversas rápidas e impessoais. Alguns podem ter mil amigos em suas redes sociais, mas não sabem se relacionar com os pais, com os avós e com as pessoas que não utilizam os meios virtuais, com as quais precisam se comunicar face a face.

Outro dia recebi uma mensagem que citava "algumas maneiras de saber que você está ficando louco..." e uma delas era "mandar um e-mail para o seu colega de trabalho da mesa ao lado"! Ri, mas acontece, pois para muitos o relacionamento direto, aparentemente perdeu sua graça.

Dirigindo-se à igreja de Éfeso, Paulo suplica aos cristãos que vivam de modo digno deste nome.

E como fariam isso?

Ele aponta para os relacionamentos destacando a necessidade de humildade, mansidão, paciência, amor que suporta o outro (ou seja, que dá ou é um apoio nas fraquezas do próximo) e o esforço para manter a unidade.

Às vezes, pensar o texto de forma inversa ajuda a entender melhor o seu significado. Assim, estou agindo de modo indigno do nome de cristão se sou orgulhoso, falta domínio próprio, permito a ira e a explosão, quando minhas expectativas são frustradas, ajo impulsivamente, sem paciência ou amor e quero que a minha opinião prevaleça, mesmo que isto cause divisão em meu grupo.

Paulo "coloca o dedo na ferida" e mostra que o verdadeiro relacionamento entre os discípulos de Cristo, deve ser baseado no amor, assim, os outros também reconhecerão que você segue a Jesus (veja o versículo em destaque).

Pense por um instante: a quem você pode demonstrar o amor de Cristo no dia de hoje? (CTK)

Ser digno do nome cristão inclui demonstrar amor e possuir relacionamentos verdadeiros.

Worthy

Read in your Bible: Ephesians 4.1-3

"Everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another" (John 13.35).

The man has evolved in many areas-in technology, in medicine, in the arts but in relational area, there seems to have been an involution.

The internet and the cell phone, for example, that they should bring people together, created a relationship based on conversations fast and impersonal. Some may have a thousand friends on their social networks, but they don't know how to relate to parents, grandparents and with people that do not use the virtual media, with which need to communicate face to face.

The other day I received a message that cited "some ways of knowing that you are going crazy ..." and one of them was "send an email to your co-worker in the next table. Ri, but happens because for many the direct relationship, apparently lost his grace.

Addressing the Church of Ephesus, Paul pleads with Christians who live so worthy of this name.

And how would they do that?

He points to the necessity of highlighting relationships humility, meekness, patience, love that supports the other (IE, which gives or is a support in the weaknesses of the next) and the effort to maintain unity.

Sometimes I think the inverse form text helps to better understand its meaning. So, I'm acting so unworthy of the name of a Christian if I am proud, lack self-control, let the wrath and the explosion, when my expectations are dashed, Act impulsively, without patience or love and want my opinion prevails, even if this causes Division in my group.

Paul "puts the finger on the wound" and shows that the true relationship between the disciples of Christ, must be based on love, so others will recognize that you follow Jesus (see verse headlines).

Think for a moment: to whom you can demonstrate the love of Christ today? (CTK)

Be worthy of the name Christian includes show love and possess real relationships.

A quem agradarei? / The who if she likes me?

Leia em sua Bíblia: Êxodo 1.15-17

"Pedro e os outros apóstolos responderam: "É preciso obedecer antes a Deus do que aos homens"" (Atos 5.29).

Infelizmente vivemos num mundo corrompido e que pouco valor tem dado aos princípios bíblicos.

Jesus disse aos seus seguidores, que eles não pertenciam a este mundo (João 15.19), mas também é verdade que literalmente, estamos no mundo e, assim sendo, presenciamos o mal que no mundo existe, embora não precisemos e nem devamos compactuar com ele.

No texto da leitura de hoje, vemos duas mulheres, que receberam uma ordem que contrariava os princípios de Deus.

O que fazer quando nos vemos numa situação como a de Sifrá e Puá? Nosso chefe nos encarrega de uma atividade desonesta, e nós precisamos do emprego. Nossa mãe nos pede pra mentir para o credor que bate à porta, e nós não queremos ver nossa mãe ser humilhada uma vez mais. Nosso filho comete um delito e se esconde em nossa casa, mas nós não queremos vê-lo preso. Não estamos livres de viver situações como essas. 

Então o que fazer?

A Bíblia diz ser mais importante obedecer a Deus do que aos homens.

As parteiras colocaram a vontade de Deus acima da do faraó. Talvez estivessem com a vida por um fio, ao desobedecerem a uma ordem tão clara quanto a recebida. Mas elas preferiram correr o risco de perder a vida, a perder a graça de Deus. E Deus honrou as parteiras pela fidelidade aos seus princípios.

Portanto, precisamos estar dispostos a correr o risco de ficar desempregados, de ver nossos amigos nos virando as costas, de ter nossos familiares contra nós. Pode ser necessário correr o risco de até mesmo perder a vida se for para nos manter firmes no caminho que Deus traçou para nós.

Afinal, de que adiantará ganharmos o mundo inteiro e perder nossa alma? (Marcos 8.36) (CPB)

Correr riscos para herdar a vida eterna, vale a pena.

The who if she likes me?

Read in your Bible: Exodus 1.15-17

"Peter and the other Apostles replied:" we must obey God rather than men "(acts 5.29).

Unfortunately we live in a world corrupted and that little value has given to biblical principles.

Jesus told his followers that they did not belong to this world (John 15.19), but it is also true that literally, we are in the world and, as such, witnessed the evil that exists in the world, although we need not and should not condone it.

In the text of the reading today, we see two women, who received an order that contradicted the principles of God.

What to do when we see ourselves in a situation like that of Shiphrah and Puah? Our boss in charge of a dishonest activity, and we need the jobs. Our mother asks us to lie to the creditor who knock on the door, and we don't want to see our mother be humiliated once more. Our son commits an offence and is hiding in our House, but we don't want to see him arrested. We're not free of live situations like these.

So what to do?

The Bible says to be more important to obey God rather than men.

The midwives put God's will above that of Pharaoh. Maybe they were with their lives hanging by a thread, to disobey an order as clear as the received. But they preferred to run the risk of losing your life, to lose the grace of God. And God has honored the midwives by fidelity to its principles.

Therefore, we need to be willing to run the risk of becoming unemployed, to see our friends in turning your back, take our families against us. It may be necessary to run the risk of losing your life even if it's to keep us steadfast in the path that God has for us.

After all, that will win the whole world and lose our soul? (Mark 8.36) (CPB)

Risk to inherit eternal life, it's worth it.
