Leia em sua Bíblia: 2 Samuel 23.8-17

"O Senhor concedeu uma grande vitória a Israel naquele dia" (2 Samuel 23.10b)

Você já deve ter ouvido pessoas falando de uma vida isenta de problemas e dificuldades. Sendo bem sincero, é o que todos nós buscamos. Talvez seja por este motivo, que os propagadores desta ideia, tenham tantos seguidores. Algumas pessoas estão dispostas a fazer qualquer coisa que seja para se livrar dos seus problemas.

Contudo, não podemos viver num mundo de fantasias. Nosso dia a dia nos mostra que em muitos momentos passamos por situações bem difíceis. “Jesus disse aos seus discípulos: Neste mundo vocês terão aflições” (João 16.33a). Mas, ao mesmo tempo em que ele nos fala desta realidade, também nos motiva a ter bom ânimo baseados no fato de que ele venceu o mundo.

O texto bíblico de hoje, conta sobre três grandes guerreiros do rei Davi. Estes homens se destacaram em momentos bem complicados pelos quais o povo de Israel passou. Chamo a atenção para um deles, Samá. Mesmo com seu exército em fuga, ele permaneceu e conseguiu derrotar seus inimigos. No entanto, também é preciso lembrar que Samá não venceu esta batalha pelas suas próprias forças, mas "o Senhor concedeu-lhe uma grande vitória" (v 12b).

Com isso, estimado leitor, quero incentivá-lo e motivá-lo a olhar para os seus problemas, dificuldades e desafios com a certeza de que você pode vencê-los.

Talvez você não consiga isso do seu jeito, mas com a ajuda de Deus, a vitória é certa. Nele somos mais que vencedores (Romanos 8.37): nada pode nos separar de seu amor!

Mesmo que você se encontre sozinho, como alguns dos guerreiros citados no texto, tenha a certeza de uma coisa: uma pessoa com Deus é maioria. Não há exército que seja maior do que aquele que está com Deus, luta com ele e por ele.

Mesmo que aos olhos humanos haja coisas impossíveis, para Deus isso não existe. Nada neste mundo poderá detê-lo quando Ele quiser lhe dar a vitória. (MP)

Por que lutar sozinho se você pode ter ao seu lado o Senhor dos Exércitos, que vence todas as batalhas?

Read in your Bible: 2 Samuel 23.8-17

"The Lord has a great victory to Israel that day" (2 Samuel 23.10 b)

You've probably heard people talking about a life without problems and difficulties. Being quite honest, is what we all seek. Perhaps it is for this reason that the spreaders of this idea, have so many followers. Some people are willing to do anything to get rid of your problems.

However, we cannot live in a world of fantasies. Our daily shows us that in many moments we went through very difficult situations. "Jesus said to his disciples: in this world you will have tribulation" (John 16.33 to). But, while he tells us of this reality, it also motivates us to have good mood based on the fact that he won the world.

The biblical text today, tells about three great warriors of King David. These men stood out in tricky moments for which the people of Israel. I draw your attention to one of them, Shammah. Even with his army on the run, he stayed and succeeded in defeating their enemies. However, you also need to remember that this battle didn't beat Shammah by their own forces, but "the Lord granted him a great victory" (v. 12b).

With that, dear reader, I want to encourage you and motivate you to look at their problems, difficulties and challenges with the confidence that you can beat them.

Maybe you don't get it your way, but with the help of God, the victory is certain. There are more than overcomers (Romans 8.37): nothing can separate us from his love.

Even if you are alone, as some of the Warriors cited in the text, be sure of one thing: a person with God is most. There is no army that is larger than the one you're with God, fight with him and for him.

Even if human eyes there is no impossible things, to God that doesn't exist. Nothing in this world can stop him when he wants to give him the victory. (MP)

Why fight alone if you can have beside him the Lord of hosts, that wins every battle?
