Confiar

Senhor é o meu forte refúgio; de quem terei medo? (Salmo 27.1b).

Parece que o mundo vem
abaixo quando passamos por dificuldades financeiras, no trabalho, ao ficarmos
doentes e tantas outras situações que nos tiram a expectativa de sucesso ou
vitória num futuro próximo. São poucos os que dizem então: “Isto não é nada;
logo passa!” ou qualquer outra declaração mais otimista. A tendência é
abater-se e passar momentos muito desagradáveis enquanto o problema se mantém.
Algo que pode gerar muita
preocupação aos cristãos é em relação a seus familiares. Pais geram filhos e
então os criam e educam, mas nem por isso estes, quando se casam, irão
constituir famílias idênticas à que tiveram em casa. Serão diferentes! Todavia,
se foram criados conforme a Palavra de Deus, espera-se que também seus lares
sejam baseados na fé e confiança em Deus que aprenderam dos pais. Se assim for,
eles terão lutas diárias a enfrentar, mas saberão buscar a direção do Senhor e
dele obter a ajuda necessária. Suas famílias podem possuir características
diferentes, mas serão agraciados se confiarem plenamente no Senhor.
No salmo que lemos hoje
vemos Davi expondo a Deus tanto a sua angústia e seus temores como a confiança
irrestrita em Deus. Ele passou por situações difíceis desde jovem, quando
pastoreava o rebanho da família, ao ser escolhido por Deus para governar Israel
e também durante todo o reinado. Tinha grande intimidade com Deus, mas isso não
o impediu de cometer erros graves. Arrependeu-se e teve que encarar as
consequências do que tinha feito. Porém, jamais deixou de buscar a presença do
Senhor em sua vida. Ele falava com Deus abertamente, sem reservas. Apesar dos
inimigos e de todas as batalhas que enfrentou, sempre esperou em Deus pelo
livramento. Se atentarmos para as palavras de Davi, poderemos encarar melhor as
dificuldades que se apresentarem: “Espere no Senhor. Seja forte! Coragem!
Espere no Senhor” (verso 14).

ajuda a enfrentar as lutas com a esperança de que ele nos dê a vitória!

Trust

The Lord is my strong refuge;

It seems that the world comes down when we went through financial
difficulties at work, to stay sick and so many other situations that we take
the expectation of success or victory in the near future. There are few who say
so: "this is nothing; soon! "or any other statements more optimistic.
The tendency is to shoot and pass very unpleasant moments while the problem
remains.
Something that can generate a lot of concern to Christians is in
relation to their families. Parents raise children and then create and educate,
but not these, when they marry, will be identical to the families they had at
home. Will be different! However, if they were created as God's Word, it is
expected that their homes are based on faith and trust in God that they learned
from their parents. If so, they will have to face daily struggles, but know get
the direction of the Lord and get the help needed. Their families may have
different characteristics, but will be blessed if you trust fully in the Lord.
In the Psalm we read today we see David exposing God both your anguish
and your fears as unrestricted trust in God. He's been through difficult
situations from a young age, when the flock family, tended to be chosen by God
to rule Israel and also throughout the reign. Had great intimacy with God, but
that didn't stop him from committing serious errors. Repented and had to face
the consequences of what he had done. However, never failed to pick up the
presence of the Lord in your life. He spoke with God openly, without
reservation. Despite the enemies and all the battles he faced, always waited on
God for deliverance. If you look at the words of David, we can face the
difficulties that appear: "Wait on the Lord. Be strong! Courage! Wait on
the Lord "(verse 14).

Walk in the ways of the Lord and always trust him help to face the
struggles with the hope that it will give us victory!
