Planos

Proclamavam uns aos outros:
“Santo, santo, santo é o Senhor dos Exércitos, a terra está cheia da sua
glória” (Isaías 6.3).

O livro de Isaías é um
tanto bipolar. Um parágrafo fala do castigo que se aproxima, para no seguinte
vir uma palavra de grande consolo. É o que chamamos de “bate e assopra”.
Nos versos anteriores aos
da leitura, Deus informa a Isaías o castigo que infligiria a Judá por meio da
Assíria, mas depois ele passa a falar às nações ao redor, que sempre assolavam
Judá e Israel quando surgia alguma oportunidade. A Assíria também estava
incluída. Como estes dois versos lembram os povos e nações dos nossos dias,
inclusive o Brasil! Criam estratégias, fazem planos, presumem resultados e
confiam em sua capacidade!
Os homens fazem planos
julgando-se independentes de Deus, mas quando olhamos para o passado e lemos os
resultados desses planos, parece que ouvimos de novo os anjos dizendo: “A terra
inteira está cheia da sua glória!” Deus agiu, e nós, que viemos depois dos
acontecimentos, somos testemunhas de sua gloriosa ação. Vamos a um exemplo: por
2.000 anos, os judeus viveram dispersos. Repentinamente sofreram um dos maiores
massacres da história da humanidade. Diante dessa vergonhosa agressão surgiram
entre as nações reações favoráveis à volta deles ao seu país. Milhares de anos
depois de perderem suas terras, seus descendentes retornaram. Os planos humanos
falham porque não levam em conta o poder do Senhor dos Exércitos, o Senhor da
História, o Senhor de tudo.
Agora saiamos do universal
para o particular: temos feito planos meramente humanos, que nunca se incluem
nos planos divinos? Deus deseja que o incluamos em nossos planos para que
outros digam: O Senhor está convosco! E quando isso acontece, a terra se enche
da glória de Deus! Quando os planos da nossa vida coincidem com os planos de
Deus, ele vai junto.
Se você se assustar com o
noticiário da televisão, lembre-se: Deus pode, quando bem desejar, encher a
terra de sua glória.

the Lord of hosts, the Earth is full of your glory" (Isaiah 6.3).

The book of Isaiah is a little bipolar. One paragraph talks about the
punishment that approaches, for the next come a word of comfort. We call it
"hit and blow".
In the verses prior to reading, God informs Isaiah the punishment you
inflict to Judah by Assyria, but then he goes on to speak to the Nations around
that always plagued Judah and Israel when rose a chance. Assyria was also
included. As these two verses resemble the peoples and Nations of our days,
including Brazil. Create strategies, make plans, assume results and trust your
ability.
Men make plans judging themselves independent of God, but when we look
at the past and read the results of these plans, it seems we hear again the
angels saying, "the whole earth is full of your glory." God acted,
and we, we came in after the events, we are witnesses of your glorious action.
One example: for 2,000 years, Jews lived dispersed. Suddenly suffered one of
the biggest massacres in human history. On this shameful aggression emerged
among Nations favorable reactions around them to your country. Thousands of
years after losing their lands, their descendants returned. Human plans fail
because it does not take into account the power of the Lord of hosts, the Lord
of history, the Lord of all.
Now let's get to the particular universal: we have made plans for human
purposes, that you never include divine plans? God desires that we include in
our plans for others to say: the Lord is with you! And when that happens, the
Earth is full of the glory of God! When the plans of our life match God's
plans, he goes along.
If you get scared with the television news, remember: God can, whenever
desired, fill the Earth of your glory.
