Leitura Bíblica: Efésios 4:20-24
A carne deseja o que é
contrário ao Espírito; e o Espírito, o que é contrário à carne. Eles estão em
conflito um com o outro, de modo que vocês não fazem o que desejam (Gálatas
5:17).
Todo sábado
à tarde aparecia na praça de uma cidade um indivíduo com seus dois cachorros,
um branco e um preto. Ensinara-os a lutar quando ordenasse. O povo se juntava
ali e o homem promovia apostas, enquanto os dois cachorros brigavam. Às vezes
ganhava o branco, às vezes o preto – mas o dono sempre ganhava as apostas! Seus
amigos começaram a pergunta-lhe como ele fazia isso, até que ele explicou:
“Deixo um passar fome durante a semana e só dou comida para o que eu quero que
ganhe. O cachorro bem alimentado ganha porque está mais forte”.
Essa
história ilustra bem o conflito entre os desejos da nossa natureza (a “carne”)
e do Espírito Santo que vive no cristão. A vitória nessa batalha será daquele
que for mais bem alimentado. Se vivermos buscando as coisas do Espírito, os
desejos da carne não comandarão nossa vida. Mas se constantemente cedermos a
esses maus desejos. Eles nos dominarão. Precisamos seguir o conselho de Paulo
no texto de hoje e despir-nos do que é pecado e corrompe nossa vida, renovando
nosso modo de pensar de forma cristã e revestindo-nos do novo homem que Cristo
cria em nós. Quanto mais andarmos no Espírito, fazendo o que agrada a Deus,
mais nos afastaremos dos desejos e das práticas do mal. Quanto mais buscamos as
qualidades de Jesus, mais deixaremos de depender dos desejos da nossa natureza
humana,
Nesta
batalha contamos como auxílio do Espírito Santo. Ele age em nós dando-nos
sabedoria para discernir o que é bom e mau e, principalmente, dando-nos força e
poder para lutar e vencer. Viver no Espírito é uma decisão que não pode
esperar. Ou vivemos no Espírito ou caminhamos para a morte nos desejos da
carne. – HSG
Seja vitorioso, alimente seu
espírito com a Palavra de Deus.
Two
Natures
Bible reading: Ephesians 4:20 -24
The flesh wants, which is contrary to the spirit; and the
spirit, which is contrary to the meat. They are in conflict with one another, so that you do not do
what they wish (Galatians 5:17).
Every Saturday afternoon appeared in the square of a town a guy
with his two dogs, one white and one black. Had taught them to fight when ordered. The people joined ali and the man promoted bets, while the two
dogs fought. Sometimes earned the white, sometimes black – but the owner
always made bets! His friends began to ask how he did it, until he explained: "I
leave a starving during the week and only give food for what I want it to win.
The dog well-fed WINS because it is stronger. "
This story illustrates the conflict between the desires of our
nature (the "meat") and the Holy Spirit who lives in the Christian. The victory in this battle will be the one that is more well
fed. If we live seeking the things of the spirit, the desires of the
flesh are not going to run our lives. But if constantly pander to those bad desires. They dominate. We need to follow Paul's advice in today's text and strip us of
what is sin and corrupts our lives, renewing our way of thinking of the
Christian way and coating of the new man that Christ creates in us. The more we walk in the spirit, doing what pleases God, more
will desires and evil practices. The more we seek the qualities of Jesus, the more we will no
longer depend on the wishes of our human nature,
In this battle we count as aid of the Holy Spirit. It acts on us giving us wisdom to discern what is good and evil
and, above all, giving us strength and power to fight and win. Living in the spirit is a decision that cannot wait.
Or we live in the spirit or walked to the death in the desires
of the flesh. -HSG

собак, один белый и один черный. Их научили

сделал ставки! Его друзья стали спрашивать, как он это сделал, пока он

сильнее.»
Эта история иллюстрирует конфликт между желаниями нашей природы
(«мясо») и Святого Духа, который живет в христианской. Победа в этой битве будет тот, который является более хорошо
кормили. Если мы живем, ищет вещи Духа, желания плоти не собирается
управлять нашей жизнью. Но если постоянно потворствовать те плохие желания.
Они доминируют. Нам нужно следовать советам Павла в сегодняшнем текста и лишить
нас того, что это грех и портит нашу жизнь, обновляя наш способ думать о
христианской путь и покрытия нового человека, создающего Христа в нас.
Чем больше мы ходить в духе, делать то, что радует Бога, больше
будет желания и зло практики. Чем больше мы стремимся качеств Иисуса, тем больше мы больше не
будет зависеть от пожеланий нашей человеческой природы,
В этой битве мы рассчитываем помощи Святого Духа. Она действует на нас, давая нам мудрости, чтобы разглядеть, что
такое добро и зло и, прежде всего, дает нам силу и мощь чтобы бороться и
выиграть. Жизнь в духе является решение, которое не может ждать.
Мы живем в духе или подошел к смерти в желания плоти.
