Conversão

O texto de hoje foi dado para Israel.
Deus conhecia seu povo e sabia que muitas vezes os israelitas deixariam de
adorá-lo e seguiriam seu próprio caminho. Porém, quando eles eram
desobedientes, Deus lhes dava a oportunidade de arrependimento. Se voltassem a
buscar a Deus, ele teria misericórdia deles. É o que se chama de “conversão”:
mudar a direção em que se estava indo e voltar-se para Deus, passando a andar
por seus caminhos. É algo visível, pois o convertido abandona o que desagrada a
Deus e passa a buscar a vontade divina para sua vida.
Assim como os israelitas, hoje também temos a
oportunidade de mudar o rumo de nossa vida e buscar a Deus – não a igreja A, B
ou C ou ao líder tal. Quando nos arrependemos, Deus nos perdoa e passamos a
viver com ele. Há muitos que entenderam a mensagem cristã, concordam com ela,
mas não mudaram de direção – não se converteram de fato. Isso porque a vida com
Deus é expressa em transformação interior, prática diária dos ensinos bíblicos,
busca de crescimento constante no conhecimento de Deus e demonstração de amor a
Deus e ao próximo. O verdadeiro cristão torna-se exemplo para os que o cercam.
Ao contrário do que muitos pensam, conversão não
quer dizer que a pessoa nunca mais terá problemas. Todavia, quem vive com Deus
conta com seu auxílio em cada dificuldade que enfrentar. A presença do Senhor
faz com que seus filhos vençam cada dia, recebendo a orientação do que fazer e
a força necessária para enfrentar o que for. Nem sempre a situação se
desenvolverá do jeito que a pessoa imaginou, mas como Deus a dirigiu, o que
vale muito mais.
Viver com Deus não é apenas possuir informações
sobre ele, mas ter experiências reais com o Senhor. É amá-lo acima de tudo e
obedecer-lhe, buscando agradá-lo. Isso tem de ser levado a sério! Se ainda não
o fez, mude hoje a direção de sua vida!

The
text today was given to Israel. God knew
his people and knew that many times the Israelites would worship him and follow
his own path. However, when they were disobedient, God gave them the
opportunity of repentance. If return to seek God, he would have mercy upon
them. Is what is called a "conversion": change the direction in which
it was going and turn to God, walk by his ways. It's something visible, because
the converted abandons What displeases God and going on to seek God's will for
your life.
Just as the Israelites, today we also have the opportunity to change the
course of our lives and seek God – not the Church, (B) or (C) or to the leader
about. When we repent, God forgives us and we began to live with him. There are
many who understood the Christian message, agree with her, but didn't change of
direction — did not convert in fact. That's because the life with God is
expressed in inner transformation, daily practice of biblical teachings,
seeking steady growth in knowledge of God and love of God and demonstration to
the next. The true Christian becomes example for those around him.
Contrary to what many think, conversion does not mean that the person
never have problems. However, who lives with God has his aid in every
difficulty you face. The presence of the Lord makes your kids win every day,
receiving the guidance of what to do and the strength to face whatever. Not
always the situation will develop the way the person imagined, but as God
directed, what counts more.
Living with God is not only have information about it, but have real
experiences with the Lord. Is love him above all else and to obey him, seeking
to please him. This has to be taken seriously. If you haven't already, change
the direction of your life today!
