Ensino Leitura bíblica: Marcos 4.1-9  _________________ Todos ficavam maravilhados com o seu ensino (Marcos 1.22). _________________

Quem não se lembra da primeira professora? De quem marcou sua vida pela boa didática, paciência e profundo conhecimento? Muitos daqueles que hoje ensinam foram contagiados por professores dedicados que lhes serviram de modelo. Ensinar é precioso! Há um poder transformador no ensino.

Paulo Freire criticava a educação “bancária”, na qual o aluno é visto como um receptáculo de informações que vão sendo nele depositadas, como se fosse um banco. Não! O ensino é muito mais que acúmulo de informações. Deve ser libertador, gerar crescimento e autonomia. Não é à toa que Jesus foi chamado de Mestre e o era por excelência. Reunia uma multidão e ensinava, às vezes dentro de um barco, como vimos no texto de hoje. Por meio de parábolas, ele fazia com que seus ouvintes analisassem sua realidade de forma crítica. Usando cenas do cotidiano para ilustrar a profundidade do seu ensino, tornava-os responsáveis pelo que ouviam e assimilavam. O estilo de ensino de Jesus é até hoje estudado e serve como referência dentro e fora do contexto religioso.

Ser professor é gratificante, apesar das dificuldades enfrentadas. Ao darem o que sabem, os mestres enriquecem seus alunos com o conhecimento compartilhado. Tal como a semente precisa cair em boa terra para germinar, o ensino também tem de achar um terreno fértil em quem o recebe a fim de crescer. Que neste Dia do Professor você volte seus ouvidos ao ensino de Jesus e aprenda com ele, mude, cresça, pense, torne-se crítico de si mesmo e do sistema vigente e aproxime-se da vida plena que os ensinamentos do Senhor geram. E você, professor, veja no exemplo do Mestre (que dedicou sua vida a um ensino libertador, questionador e transformador) o estímulo para seguir adiante em sua nobre tarefa de educar para a vida!

Who does not remember the first teacher? Who marked his life for good teaching, patience and deep knowledge? Many of those now infected were taught by dedicated teachers who served as their model. Teaching is precious! There is a transforming power in education.

Paulo Freire criticized the "banking" education, in which the student is seen as a repository of information that will be deposited in it, like a bank. No! Teaching is much more than the accumulation of information. Should be liberating, generate growth and autonomy. No wonder that Jesus was called the Master and was par excellence. Gathered a crowd, teaching and sometimes in a boat, as we saw in today's text. In parables, he meant that his listeners analyze their reality critically. Using scenes from everyday life to illustrate the depth of his teaching, he made them responsible for what they heard and assimilated. The teaching style of Jesus is today studied and serves as a reference within and outside the religious context.

Being a teacher is rewarding, despite the difficulties faced. To give what they know, the teachers enrich their students with the knowledge shared. As the seed must fall on good soil to germinate, the school must also find fertile ground in the recipient in order to grow. In this Teacher's Day you turn your ear to the teaching of Jesus and learn from him, change, grow, think, become critical of yourself and of the current system and approach the full life that the Lord's teachings generate. And, teacher, see the example of the Master (who dedicated his life to a liberating education, questioning and transforming) the encouragement to move forward in their noble task of educating for life!
