Grande é o Senhor
e digno de ser louvado; sua grandeza não tem limites (Salmo 145.3).

Será que
podemos realmente conhecer Deus? Como conhecer o Criador de todas as coisas?
Deus é espírito. Como conhecer quem não podemos ver? “Ó profundidade da riqueza
da sabedoria e do conhecimento de Deus! Quão insondáveis são os seus juízos e
inescrutáveis os seus caminhos!” (Romanos 11.33) Admitir a grandiosidade de
Deus é uma forma de conhecê-lo. A primeira noção que é preciso ter sobre Deus é
que ele é único. Embora muitos “deuses” tentem tomar o seu lugar,
não existe outro Deus que se compare ao Senhor. 1Co 8.5-6 explica isso bem,
dizendo: “Mesmo que haja os chamados deuses, quer no céu, quer na terra (como
de fato há muitos ‘deuses’ e muitos ‘senhores’ ), para nós há um único Deus, o
Pai, de quem vêm todas as coisas e para quem vivemos; e um só Senhor, Jesus Cristo,
por meio de quem vieram todas as coisas e por meio de quem vivemos.”
Mesmo não podendo saber
tudo sobre Deus, podemos conhecê-lo conforme ele se revela a nós. Sei quem é
Deus por intermédio da Bíblia, sua Palavra. Conheço Deus pela revelação contida
nessas sagradas escrituras. Conheço Deus ao contemplar a sua criação. Os céus
manifestam a glória de Deus (Salmo 19.1). Conheço Deus em Jesus, por suas
palavras, obras e milagres. João 1.18 diz: “Ninguém jamais viu a Deus, mas o
Deus Unigênito, que está junto do Pai, o tornou conhecido”.
Este conhecimento é
progressivo e vem pela comunhão com o Espírito Santo que habita em nosso
coração, crescendo com a intimidade obtida na oração. Podemos conhecer a Deus
se o procurarmos desejando realmente sua presença. Se o buscarmos de todo o
nosso coração, vamos encontrá-lo (Jeremias 29.13). Que privilégio! Que a nossa
vida seja uma caminhada constante em busca do conhecimento de Deus e de sua
vontade. E sempre louvemos e exaltemos o nome do Senhor Deus, cuja majestade
está acima da terra e do céu.

Will be we can really know God? How to
meet the creator of all things? God is spirit. How to meet who we can't see?
"O the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How
unsearchable are his judgments and his ways past finding. " (Romans 11.33)
Admit the grandeur of God is a way to get to know him. The first track, it
takes about God is that he is single. Although many "gods" try to
take your place, there is no other God like you. 1 Cor. 8.5-6 explains this
well, saying: "even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or in
Earth (as indeed there are many ' gods ' and many ' gentlemen '), for us there
is one God, the father, from whom all things come and for whom we live; and one
Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.
"
Even
not being able to know everything about God, can we meet him as he reveals
himself to us. Know who is God through the Bible, your Word. I know God by
revelation contained in these Holy Scriptures. I know God to contemplate your
creation. The heavens declare the glory of God (Psalm 19.1). I know God in
Jesus, by his words, works and miracles. John 1.18 says: "no one has ever
seen God, but God only begotten, that is with the Father, made known".
This
knowledge is progressive and comes by communion with the holy spirit that
dwells in our heart, growing with intimacy in prayer. We can meet God if we
seek wishing really your presence. If we seek with all our hearts, we will find
him (Jeremiah 29.13). What a privilege! Our life is a constant walk in search
of knowledge of God and of your desire. And always praise and exalt the name of
the Lord God, whose Majesty is above the Earth and the sky.
