Gloriamo-nos em vocês entre as igrejas de Deus
pela perseverança e fé demonstrada por vocês em todas as perseguições e
tribulações que estão suportando (2 Tessalonicenses 1.4).

Bons exemplos são sempre
inspiradores, principalmente aqueles que incentivam as pessoas a se aproximar
de Deus. Eles estimulam atitudes de superação e assim contribuem para que os
sentimentos negativos não se estabeleçam em nossa vida. Diante de nós está o
desafio de ao mesmo tempo ser e compartilhar o bom exemplo. Para compartilhar,
exige-se a capacidade de valorizar aquilo que é bom na vida de outras pessoas.
É uma atitude que dispensa a competição e substitui a inveja pelo amor. Elogiar
é presentear pessoas com palavras que dão o ânimo de que precisam para seguir
em frente – e neste sentido a Palavra de Deus é o melhor elogio.
Neste processo, a
perseverança, que é uma característica daqueles que não desistem ou desanimam
facilmente, sustenta um bom exemplo. Assim, a fé elogiada é uma fé firmada na
perseverança, que não é frágil, mas resistente às adversidades. E aqui resistir
não significa necessariamente superar a adversidade, mas não ser dominado por
ela.
A força da fé, sustentada
pela perseverança e nutrida pelo amor, é algo que impacta vidas e transforma o
que há ao nosso redor. Por isso, a oração de gratidão para multiplicação desta
fé é algo que deve ser praticado por todos. A expectativa vai em dois sentidos:
que Deus conceda a experiência desta fé para aqueles que ainda não a possuem e,
ainda, que Deus fortaleça o exemplo daqueles que já a têm para que outros
possam ser motivados a viver intensamente com Deus.
Suportar os desafios da
vida é algo que todos desejam, por isso você está sendo convidado para esta
aventura de fé, na certeza de que ela garantirá a vitória presente e futura em
sua vida. É com fé que se vencem as lutas e se vive mais perto de Deus.

Good
examples are always inspiring, especially those that encourage people to get
closer to God. They stimulate overcoming attitudes and so contribute to the negative
feelings do not establish in our life. Before us is the challenge of being at

assess what is good in other people's lives. It's an attitude that dispenses
with the competition and replaces the envy for Christ. Praise is to present

power of faith, sustained by perseverance and nourished by love, is something
that impacts lives and transforms what's around us. So, the prayer of gratitude
