Leitura Bíblica: Lucas 6:20-26
Ai de vocês quando todos
falarem bem de vocês (Lucas 6:26 a).
Todos temos
objetivos na nossa vida. Além de objetivos, trazemos em nosso caráter as marcas
da formação que recebemos, e também marcas genéticas. Os pais, ao olharem o
comportamento dos filhos, costumam dizer: puxou a avó, o avô ou algum parente
mais próximo.
Temos uma
outra marca em nós que está presente em quase todos os humanos. É o gosto por
elogios. Já viram como os pais falam com orgulho das medalhas dos filhos?
Sabendo disso, os professores criam tudo quanto é tipo de prêmios. É medalha de
consolo para tudo o que existe.
Muitos dos
cidadãos dos dias de Jesus costumavam agir em função da fama perante seus
contemporâneos. Oravam nas esquinas. Sempre estavam prontos para um discurso.
Você deve conhecer alguém que, num grupo de pessoas, sempre fala de modo
professoral. Tais pessoas ficam imaginando o que os outros comentarão depois
que saírem.
Jesus
aproveita para avisar que aos seus discípulos acontecerá o contrário. Ao invés
de falarem bem deles, falarão mal. Além desse, ainda há outro aviso. É perigoso
se falarem bem, pois os profetas do passado que receberam elogios eram falsos.
Há exceções. Vez por outra, um não cristão fala bem de um cristão por causa do
seu bom procedimento, mas não é a regra. Não fique sempre esperando elogios. É
perigoso. Talvez falem bem porque sua postura não lhe molesta a consciência.
Esse aviso Jesus deu aos seus discípulos porque os juízos humanos são passíveis
de erro. Às vezes há hipocrisia no elogio. Eles podem nos levar ao orgulho. Com
a perda da humanidade vem a perda da vigilância. Poderíamos enumerar muitos
outros perigos. Reveja hoje os seus valores e expectativas. – (MJT)

of praise

Woe to you
when all speak well of you (Luke 6:26a).
We all have goals in life. In
addition to objectives, we bring in our character brands of training that we
received, and also genetic marks. Parents, to look the behavior of children,
usually say: pulled the grandmother, the grandfather or some closest relative.
We have another brand in us
that is present in almost all humans. Is the love of praise. Have you seen how
parents speak proudly of the medals of the children? Knowing this, teachers
create all that is kind of prizes. Is Medal of solace for everything that
exists.
Many of the people in the days
of Jesus used to act as a function of Fame before his contemporaries. Were
praying on street corners. Always ready for a speech. You must know someone
who, on a group of people, always speaks of Professorial mode. Such people are
imagining what others will comment on after leaving.
Jesus uses to warn that his
disciples will happen otherwise. Rather than speak well of them, speak poorly.
In addition to this, there is still another warning. It is dangerous to speak
as well as the prophets of the past who received accolades were false. There
are exceptions. Occasionally, a non Christian speaks well of a Christian
because of his good behavior, but it is not the rule. Don't be always waiting
for praise. It is dangerous. Maybe speak well because your posture not bores
consciousness. This warning Jesus gave his disciples because human judgments
are error-prone. Sometimes there is hypocrisy in the compliment. They can take
us to the pride. With the loss of humanity comes the loss of surveillance. We
could enumerate many other dangers. Review today their values and expectations.
