Leitura Bíblica: Provérbios 11:23-28

Há quem dê generosamente e vê aumentar suas riquezas (Provérbios 11:24).

Um nobre estava para morrer empobrecido quando o rei lhe mandou um auxílio bem mesquinho. A resposta do homem foi: “Supus que Sua Majestade me enviasse essa esmola por eu estar na miséria, mas agora vejo que é a sua alma que está na miséria”. O pão-durismo emagrece a alma! Há gente sem posses riquíssima porque sua alma é grande, enquanto há milionários sem valor por serem miseráveis e egoístas.

O Texto bíblico de hoje declara que não se perde riqueza por se generoso, enquanto reter bens não protege da pobreza – e cita o exemplo da maldição sobre o especulador que retém o alimento do povo.

O Senhor Jesus Cristo disse também: “Não julguem e vocês não serão julgados. Não condenem, e não serão condenados. Perdoem, e serão perdoados. Deem, e lhes será dado: uma boa medida, calcada, sacudida e transbordante será dada a vocês. Pois a medida que usarem também será usada para medir vocês” (Lucas 6:37-38). Portanto, espalhe bondade e receberá também a bondade; seja cortês e receberá também cortesia.

Dar é viver; dê como a chuva dá suas gotas à natureza; dê como o sol os seus raios; dê como Deus, pois Ele deu o que havia de mais precioso, o seu único Filho, Jesus Cristo, para morrer por nós na cruz e ressuscitar dentre os mortos, selando a nossa redenção. Dê amor em palavras de conforto ao oprimido, em conselhos de inspiração à juventude e em sorrisos de encorajamento à velhice.

Para quem vive assim, servindo a Deus, aplica-se a promessa encontrada em Salmos 92:12,14: “Os justos florescerão como a palmeira, crescerão como cedro do Líbano… mesmo na velhice darão fruto, permanecerão viçosos e verdejantes para proclamar que o Senhor é justo.” – (MM).

Aquele que semeia com fartura, também colherá fartamente” (II Coríntios 9:6).

Liberality

There are people without rich possessions because his soul is great, while there are millionaires without value because they are miserable and selfish.

The biblical text states that today does not lose wealth due to generous, while retaining assets does not protect from poverty-and cites the example of the curse on the speculator who retains the food of the people.

The Lord Jesus Christ also said: "do not judge, and you will not be judged. Condemn not, and will not be condemned. Forgive and be forgiven. Give, and it will be given: a good measure, sidewalk, shaken and overflowing will be given to you. Because the measure that use will also be used to measure you "(Luke 6:37 -38). Therefore, spread kindness and you will also receive the goodness; be courteous and will also receive courtesy.

Giving is living; give as the rain gives his drops to nature; give as the Sun's rays; give as God because he gave the most precious possession, his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to die for us on the cross and resurrected from the dead, sealing our redemption. Give love in words of comfort to the oppressed, in inspiring the youth councils and in smiles of encouragement to old age.

For those who live well, serving God, applies the promise found in Psalms 92: 12.14: "the righteous flourish like the Palm tree, will grow as the Lebanon cedar ... even in old age will bring fruit, lush and green remain to proclaim that the Lord is righteous."-(MM).

He who sows with abundance, also reap abundantly "(II Corinthians 9: 6).
