Leitura Bíblica: Provérbios 14:1-5
Ame o Senhor, o seu Deus, de
todo o seu coração, de toda as suas forças e de todo o seu entendimento, e ame
o seu próximo como a si mesmo (Lucas 10:27).
Neste texto
temos princípios a serem obedecidos em seis áreas de nossa vida. Todos eles
resumem-se num só: amor a Deus e ao próximo. O principal deles encontramos no
verso 2: temor ao Senhor. A boa conduta começa no relacionamento com Deus. Um
pessoa vive em pecado quando despreza Deus. Reconhecer a Deus e viver em pecado
destrói nossa personalidade. No mesmo verso vemos o relacionamento com o
próprio eu. Quem está ciente de que vive erradamente e recusa o arrependimento,
engana a si mesmo.
No verso 1
nosso relacionamento familiar. Desprezar a família é ingratidão e insensatez.
Aquele que não cuida do seu relacionamento familiar está comprometendo seu
futuro. Quem cuidará de nós na hora do infortúnio? Se a família não cuidar quem
o fará?
Depois
vemos, no verso 3, o relacionamento com os outros. É inevitável a língua entrar
na questão. Quantas vezes nos arrependemos das ocasiões em que abrimos nossa
boca com insensatez! E quantas enroscadas evitamos por manter a boca fechada.
Parece incrível, mas nem o relacionamento com os animais ficou esquecido. Sem
eles, a humanidade já teria morrido de fome há muito tempo.
Por último
vem nossa responsabilidade social. Nossa conduta determina bênçãos e sofrimento
no ambiente em que vivemos. Quanto sofrimento promovem condutas pervertidas
como o tráfico de drogas, furtos e receptação. Uma vida santa, em harmonia com
Deus, se traduz em relacionamentos sadios, promovendo a paz e o bem-estar. – (MJT)
Recomendação de Jesus: Faça
aos outros o que gostaria que lhe fizessem (conforme Mateus 7:12).
Our Relationships
Bible
reading: Proverbs 14: 1-5
Love the
Lord your God with all your heart and with all your strength, and with all your
mind, and love your neighbor as yourself (Luke 10:27).
In this text we have
principles to be obeyed in six areas of our life. All of them can be summed up
in one: love of God and neighbor. The main one we find in verse 2: fear the
Lord. The good conduct begins in relationship with God. A person living in sin
when God despises. Recognize God and live in Sin destroys our personality. In
the same verse we see the relationship with one's own self. Who is aware that
live wrong and refusing repentance, deceives himself.
In verse 1 our family
relationships. Despise the family is ingratitude and folly. He who does not
take care of their family relationship is compromising its future. Who will
take care of us in time of misfortune? If the family does not care who will?
After we see in verse 3, the
relationship with the other. It is inevitable the language enter in question.
How many times do we repent of the occasions in which we open our mouth with
folly! And how many screwed to avoid by keeping his mouth shut. It seems
incredible, but not the relationship with the animals was forgotten. Without
them, humanity has reportedly died of starvation a long time ago.
Lastly comes our social
responsibility. Our conduct determines blessings and suffering in the
environment in which we live. How much suffering they promote perverted ducts
as drug trafficking, robbery and receiving stolen goods. A Holy life, in
harmony with God, translates into healthy relationships, promoting peace and
