Certa
ocasião eu estava em outro país observando o comportamento daquela
cultura. Vi os mais fortes oprimindo os mais fracos. Os maiores forçando os
menores, e aqueles com algum tipo de poder nas mãos explorando a quem dependia
de seus favores. Pude perceber muita indignação no rosto das pessoas que se
sentiam aviltadas - assim como também acontece aqui no Brasil em certas
situações.
O dia
passou e a noite chegou. Fui para meu quarto preocupado com as cenas que havia
visto durante aquele dia. Naquela noite, antes de dormir, li a Bíblia, mas
parece que nenhum texto me despertava a atenção. Então desliguei a luz e tentei
dormir. O sono não vinha. De hora em hora olhava o relógio. Lá pelas quatro
horas da manhã levantei-me para ler a Bíblia de novo. Iniciei pelo salmo 1 e na
sequencia cheguei ao salmo de número 5. Li e reli os primeiros seis
versos. Ali estava o meu problema. Este salmo pede que Deus olhe para a nossa
situação aflita. Logo pela manhã deveríamos apresentar-lhe os nossos problemas,
preocupações, dificuldades, agradecimentos... e então sim, durante o dia
aguardar com esperança a resposta. Foi o que fiz. Pude entender que a minha
insônia e preocupação não ajudariam ninguém. Todas as pessoas estão debaixo do
controle de Deus. Ele cuida de tudo, mas eu tenho de fazer a minha parte e
esperar em Deus com confiança.
Ele vai
cuidar daquilo para o que eu não tenho condições, e assim poderei dormir
tranquilamente. Deus não quer que o mal aconteça, mas pessoas que vivem sem
Deus não medem esforços para praticar maldades. Por isso, seja justo e íntegro
e Deus cuidará de você, de seus medos e preocupações e dos seus familiares.

Não se preocupe com o mal, mas busque o Deus que pode acabar com o mal.

On one occasion I was in
another country by observing the behavior of that culture. I saw the strong
oppressing the weak. The largest forcing minors, and those with some kind of
power in the hands exploring who depended on his favor. I could see a lot of
indignation in the face of people who felt aviltadas-as also happens here in
Brazil in certain situations.
The
day passed and the night has come. I went to my room, worried about the scenes
seen during that day that night, before bed, I read the Bible, but it seems
that no text I stirred the attention. So I turned off the light and tried to
sleep. Sleep wasn't coming. Hourly watched the clock. Around four o'clock in
the morning I got up to read the Bible again. Started by Psalm 1 and reached
the following Psalm 5 number. I read and reread the first six verses. There was
my problem. This Psalm asks that God look at our distressed situation. In the morning
we should present our problems, concerns, difficulties, thanks ... and then
during the day await with hope the answer. That's what I did. I could
understand my insomnia and concern wouldn't anyone. All people are under the
control of God. He takes care of everything, but I have to do my part and wait
on God with confidence.
He
will take care of that for what I can't afford, and so I can sleep soundly. God
does not want evil to happen, but people who live without God go to great
lengths to practice evil. So be fair and righteous and God will take care of
you, of your fears and concerns and their families.

Don't worry about the bad, but seek the God that can stop the evil.
