Direção diária

Durante
o dia o Senhor ia adiante deles, numa coluna de nuvem, para guiá-los no
caminho, e de noite, numa coluna de fogo, para iluminá-los, e assim podiam
caminhar de dia e de noite (Êxodo 13.21).

Quando o povo de Israel
saiu do Egito sob a liderança de Moisés, Deus não o guiou pelo caminho mais
rápido ou fácil. A rota direta era mais curta, porém fortemente guarnecida
pelos soldados egípcios. Assim, Deus evitou o confronto e também que os
israelitas desistissem da jornada para Canaã e tentassem voltar para o Egito. Foi
no caminho “alternativo” que Deus mostrou o seu poder, permitindo que o povo
atravessasse o Mar Vermelho milagrosamente, e também outorgou a sua Lei no Monte
Sinai. Embora o caminho tenha sido mais difícil e longo, Deus estava com os
israelitas, dando-lhes a direção tanto de dia como de noite (veja o versículo
em destaque).
Na vida cristã, às vezes
Deus permite que seus filhos percorram caminhos que parecem ser os mais
difíceis e longínquos, ou então sem saída. Há também situações em que o calor
das pressões sufoca a fé. Entretanto, Deus tem um propósito em todas as circunstâncias
da nossa vida. A Bíblia diz que Ele “age em todas as coisas para o bem daqueles
que o amam, dos que foram chamados de acordo com o seu propósito" (Romanos
8.28). Em todas as situações Deus pode mostrar o seu poder, como também nos
ensinar a perseverança.
Diante disso, quais têm
sido as suas dificuldades e lutas? Saiba que Deus conhece de antemão as sua
aflições e as suas dores. Ele está atento às nossas necessidades. Olhe só o que
Ele prometeu no passado: “Antes de clamarem, eu responderei; ainda não estarão
falando, e eu os ouvirei” (Isaías 65.24).
Portanto, seja qual for
a situação que você estiver passando, confie em Deus! Ele dará a direção certa
para sua vida, seja dia ou noite.

dada por Deus nem sempre é a mais fácil, mas com certeza é a melhor.

During
the day the Lord was going to ahead of them, a pillar of cloud to guide them
on the way, and by night in a pillar of fire, to illuminate them, and so
could walk day and night (Exodus 13.21).

When
the people of Israel out of Egypt under the leadership of Moses, God not guided
by the quickest way or easy. The direct route was shorter, but heavily
garrisoned by Egyptian soldiers. So, God prevented the clash and also the
Israelites gave up the journey to Canaan and tried to go back to Egypt. Was in
the "alternative" path that God showed his power, allowing the people
crossed the Red Sea miraculously, and also awarded his law on Mount Sinai.
Although the path has been more difficult and long, God was with the
Israelites, giving them the direction both day and night (see verse headlines).
In
the Christian life, sometimes God lets his children travel paths that seem to
be more distant and difficult, or so. There are also situations in which the
heat suffocates pressures the faith. However, God has a purpose in all
circumstances of our lives. The Bible says that He "acts in all things for
the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his
purpose "(Romans 8.28). In every situation God can show its
power, as well as teach us the perseverance.
Given
this, what have been their difficulties and struggles? Know that God knows
beforehand the your afflictions and their sorrows. He is attentive to our
needs. Look what he has promised in the past, "before calling, I will
answer; still are not talking, and I hear "(Isaiah 65.24).
Therefore,
whatever the situation you are experiencing, trust God. He will give the right
direction to his life, day or night.

The direction given by God is not always the easiest, but it sure is the
best.
